  Matt, Tiffany and Yen are friendly and professional. .They are very through with acrylic nails,colors, talented,and artistic.They are very good at shapes of nails. I'm busy with gardening, horse chores and I have not lost any nails.
  Their work stations and area is very clean and tidy. The price is very reasonable.
  I have been going for quite awhile and will continue.
  I appreciate each of them.

  My mom had gone and had manicure and gel polish, she was pleased and returned for same service a couple times. Last time she went her nails started hurting they were pulling from nail bed! We removed polish and nails are terrible she finally went to doctor and was informed she had fungus infection from mail service. This place apparently needs to learn to disinfect their equipment and tools. Do not go here and make sure you ask and observe how they clean. It has been months and nails still are not completely healed.

  Been going here for years, best nail service in tri. Staff is very kind, I always bring my fam/friends here or recommend this spot. Hot take, but anyone leaving bad reviews is the problem. LOVE this place and highly recommend Tiffany.

  This place is FABULOUS!! Super friendly, beautiful work and easily one of the best salons in the Tri-cities. Clean and efficient, great chairs, need I go on? I love this place.

  Super Nails was a huge disappointment. I had an appointment and still waited over an hour to be seen — no communication, no apology, nothing. When I asked what was going on, the employees were rude and dismissive.
  
  The prices were all over the place and not clearly posted. They started services without telling me the cost, and I was blindsided at checkout. Worst of all, my nails started breaking the very next day — clearly poor quality work. Both of my pinky nails broke completely off, (worst pain ever) which I’ve never experienced before from a “professional.”
  
  Between the long wait, bad attitude, lack of transparency, and weak results, this salon clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend it to anyone.

  This salon is excellent. Very calming atmosphere. Technicians are skilled and gentle. No hidden charges or add ons. I found my new nail salon for sure.

  Went about a week ago. At first I loved my nails but throughout the week I've noticed how uneven the filing on my nails on my left hand are and the pinky nail dips downward. Pretty bummed about it.
