About The Arc of Tri-Cities

The Arc of Tri-Cities helps create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in society to their greatest potential. Our focus is that these individuals living in Benton and Franklin Counites are empowered to make informed choices and have services and supports to access those choices.
