U‑Haul provides truck rentals, trailers, cargo van and pick‑up truck rentals for local or one way moves. Other available moving day tools include shipping boxes and moving supplies, and U‑Box containers via online reservation. The staff was clean, helpful and very easy to work with. Great folks had everything on hand: a 15 ft truck, packing boxes, a dolly included within the truck, and even boxes to buy back. ZERO customer service was understaffed and overworked staff could not tell about truck availability.
Ideal experience at every level. I've had bad experiences in the past back East. Service and support were excellent. Will definitely choose to come here again. Front office was very helpful.
