If I could give 6 stars, I would. I showed up at 5:55, not realizing they closed at 6:00. They had already closed the registers. They easily could have made me come back tomorrow. The manager, Ruby, was so helpful and gracious! She bent over backwards to find a way for me to ship my packages even though it was more complicated for them. I had a large, complicated shipment, but they were so gracious and cheerful. Will definitely support this location!

I was here trying to print something emailed 3 times to the store, and they didn't receive anything, plus the staff it's not very kind 😢

Could not figure out how to mail a package to Canada.. after she sealed my documents inside and envelope that I have to pay for and can’t re-use! Also wasted 20 mins of my time

Omg this place is a MESS. I walked out because I was not convinced that my package would be delivered. I was worried it would get lost in there piles of packages. When i walked in there was other packages just dropped off which I could of easily walked put with. There was a long line, only one person besides the manager taking personal call and left a customer during a transaction . I will stick to my favorite UPS store on Kennewick Ave. I was nearby so decided to stop. Never again.

Unnecessary unfriendly service. Outrageous charge for one page printout. I'll never go back. Better to wait Monday and use other locations. Stay away from this place.
