Don’t do currency changes here. First, the exchange rate was inaccurate. Euro are not 1.04 to the dollar as of May 21, 2025 but that’s the rate according to them. It’s 1.14 so they ripped me off there. Second, they charged me twice an exchange fee of 10 dollars each. Called for them to fix it and they made it look like they did but didn’t. So basically stole money from me twice. Called Customer service and nothing can be done on their side. I would have to call in the branch again or go inside to fix the mistake. Don’t have the energy to do that again.

The floor banker lady who asked me what if she could help me was super nice and helpful. i was there for a check though. the clerk i went to couldn't do a cashiers check for me so sent me to a lady who was in her stall with it boarded up. i went to her and she took her sweet time before even speaking to me. i asked about the waiting period on cashiers check, and could tell she was annoyed i asked. she then asked me if i just wanted cash... then was visibly annoyed i didnt have a slip i was unaware of not filled out. she asked if i wanted a "memo" which i didn't understand the question further annoying her, then sighed when i had her change my memo after she had typed it. sorry this was my 1st time asking for a check.

This is probably the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. Which is funny, because they are trying to push as much business through the drive-through as possible. Even when there's only one or two cars, it takes forever. You are never a priority at this bank. Banker's hours are supposed to be from 9:00 to 5:00, but they're not even open for that..There's like one teller that is genuinely polite, everybody else just kind of looks past you. I was happy to come back to u.s Bank, but they really have taken quite the nose dive.

You guys aren’t running a terrible bank and I do enjoy the experience banking here. However, can you please move your hours back to 6pm on Fridays? Most of the time, I can’t get to the bank until around that time on Friday’s and there are certain things I can’t do with an ATM, thus needing service. It’s been a hassle

This location is always experiencing last minute unexpected closures. Making it super inconvenient to bank. The next closest location is in Kennwwick by the mall, like 10 miles away. So frustrating! Why has this location been closed all week?

Why is the Jadwin Branch closed Monday - Thursday with limited hours open on Friday? Even the ATM Machine is not operative. There is no notice for reason for closure. I think it is time to find another bank, one that is more service oriented.
