Erick was phenomenal, thoughtful, and professional and he made my experience a pleasure. With the help of the store manager, Kai, Erick and he were able to resolve a lost in transit device issue, and they got me up and running on my 16 Pro Max flawlessly and quickly. This store is the reason I choose to stay with Verizon, and will do so in the foreseeable future with my phone provider needs!

I had an excellent experience at Verizon thanks to Kai. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and took the time to answer all our questions without rushing. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile to get us discounts on our plan and made sure we got every available promotion. He truly cared about helping us, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and helpful—Verizon is lucky to have him. Thank you, Kai!
