BE VERY CAREFUL!!!! I went to the store on Geoge Washington Way, Richland, WA. After arriving, in the early afternoon on January 31, 2024 and being ushered out at 7:20 pm. I end up with 5 more phones as well as so many other charges to my Verizon account. Being charged at the store level for all these extra phones, phone lines, upgrades, also a phone I ordered on-line, never being paid back the $157.21 for that transaction being cancelled. Not once did the store rep ask me if it was ok to speak to any others on this account. However, after speaking to Verizon on the phone on this matter, I was informed of 5 more contracts to my account with sigs, of a cat scratch or squiggly lines as my sig. On February 1,2024, calling to the store (my mistake) to ask for the person who helped me with my transaction the night before, I was told he was in till closing that day, I arrived 2 hours later, I did have the Verizon on the phone at which time I walked in to the store, I was told he was not in, however I returned to my car had my partner drive around the block, low and behold the man with the rose tat on his hand was right there, I could see him through the window. This took almost 3 months so resolve. After many hours on the phone back and forth with Verizon, the fraud dept, sales, so much drama in between, I printed the contract to deliver to the PD in Richland Washington. I have the receipt from store, as well as the Verizon bill with so many more phones, lines added as to my next bill from Verizon. I owed almost $400 for one phone? Nope, that is when I promptly, downloaded all the new contracts dated February 1st, 2nd. So, I would have proof to all the transaction made to my account, there after visiting the store in person. Also being locked out of all of the extra features that were added to the phone (by me), was great to find I did not have access to that any. Passwords changed etc., my message here is WATCH your bill, as well as STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, you never know what you will end up paying for, once they see a person that in their minds is not smart enough to catch on to the game they play. I have contacted, the location as well as the corporate office of the TCC, however, to no surprise, no return calls from either. I would add the contracts for all to see, however at this point I think it best to let the legal team to investigate this matter. If it was up to me, I would not leave any stars. That is the only way I could post, is to add a star!
