I called the pharmacist three times. On hold for 20 min the first time then the pharmacist answered and started spelling a patients name then hung up on me. Called again and waited on hold for 10 min each call and they hung up on me again. This is not a good start to you taking ride aid customers. Going elsewhere

I've never seen a pharmacy so incompetent, makes me wonder how these idiots have a license. They screwed up my medications 4 times. Wrong meds one time. They even gave me narcotics that I wasn't prescribed. Highly recommend to stay away if you value your loved ones!

Raj helped me get my passport photo taken. His service was exceptional. He worked swiftly to get me what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and treated me with kindness from start to finish.

Great quality photos 🫶👍....However Need a better system to keep different sized photos together when customer is picking up multiple size order... not thrilled about time and gas returning later to pick up a photo that could have been picked up originally.😑

Terrible experience, waited 45min for a scheduled vaccine appointment. They mixed up what vaccines I was getting at 35 weeks pregnant with what my partner was getting. Incompetent pharmacists

I have found dealing with the Walgreens pharmacy increasingly frustrating. There has been a noticeable decline in customer service quality recently. I’ve experienced being abruptly hung up on twice, and my calls are often transferred to a call center with the explanation that putting clients on hold automatically leads to a transfer? Communication when meds are ready seems to be another issue; I was once left waiting without any notification about the status of my prescription. When I finally called to inquire, the staff member confirmed it was ready while I was on the line, and only then did I receive a text message stating it was available for pickup. This lack of coordination and professionalism is disappointing.

Nice people in pharmacy but long phone waits up to 45 minutes once on the phone and Rxs rarely ready when promised. I don’t blame the hard working pharmacists and techs, but rather Walgreens. I guess ultimately, this is the new economy we live in. But I would still hope we could expect better.

Pharmacy temporarily closed due to staffing shortage. Need a prescription and had no idea this Walgreens was closed until I showed up. Now I have to work with another pharmacy to transfer the prescription. What a mess.

This location is always behind schedule, the drive through is jammed. If for some reason you need to call and talk to a pharmacist plan on waiting 30 mins or longer. Even inside at the counter it is frequently backed up with long lines. This place needs to hire more staff or open another location because it is very frustrating to do business here. I love the text message notifications, my interactions with the staff have generally been pleasant. If there is an issue with a prescription, that is when their issues really show. Just the other day they could not fill my prescription because they didn't order enough medication. They gave me a few pills to get by for a few days and I was told my prescription would be filled in full the next day. 3 days later, and no prescription still. I asked to tranfer to another pharmacy, but they said that was not possible since they partially filled it. I have had to call and sit on hold 30 mins each night so far. Tonight I called and they let me know that they got my medicine finally, but they forgot to fill my prescription because it was removed from the queue. I would have never known if I didn't call persistently, and it wouldn't have got filled. This has consumed hours of my time, and it is very frustrating, this is not the first time I have had issues like this and nobody there shows any sympathy, no apology, just rudeness. Go elsewhere until they fix their issues unless you can afford to be without your prescriptions for multiple days at a times. I have had these issues every 3 or 4 months, they have caused issues with travel, etc.It is now 1 month later, and the once again cannot fill my prescription because they didn't order enough. I tried to transfer to another location but they said they can't do that. The doctor has to cancel it, then call it in to the other walgreens in town. Moral of the story is I will go days without medication just because I had it sent to this walgreens. I need to travel tomorrow, hope I get my meds in time....

Staff are friendly and everyone has their personalities. Great place to get some convenient store items, don't expect things to be the cheapest, but take advantage of their cash rewards program and BOGOs.
