We've been here several times before but this was the first time we had drinks at the hotel bar, Lobby Bar & Bistro, for a friend's birthday. It was a friend's birthday and she booked a room. The rooms were so nice and bright. The drinks were good but the service wasn't so great. I had a margarita and my friend was ordering a round of kamikaze shots (4 total) and as the bartender was finishing up with making the shots, a lady named Heidi came up and refused to allow me to have a shot since I had a margarita. I've never been refused a shot/drink from any other establishment for having a drink in my hand and ordering another one. What also didn't make sense was that our friend who ordered the shots, had a Jack and coke in hand and she was allowed a shot... My friend ended up having to take 1 shots since Heidi wouldn't allow me to have the one they ordered for me. I also want to make it clear that I was not drunk and had just gotten to there to celebrate a friend. I don't wanna make this a race thing but I was also the only one that was not white in the group and was the only one refused a drink from Heidi. Will not step foot in Lobby Bar & Bistro. Thanks, Heidi!

I have stayed here at least 10 times. The customer service is always great, the maids are friendly and helpful when you ask for something off their carts. I wish, being that it's a casino, it was less kid friendly. I want to use the pool but every time I come it's packed with screaming children and I am not interested. Would be nice to have a 21+ only pool, hot tub and bar area, or even kid free hours. I came several times and have yet to enjoy the pool. The tv's are big and nice but stuck in cinema mode, which is awful. Makes everything look fake. Wish they would let us play with setting's so we can make it where we like it. You can log in to your Netflix which is nice and it will auto log you out when you leave, however they should add more apps because you cannot watch the other major ones or cast anything from your phone to the tv. I am glad they added some room service options as when it's late night or I am in my pj's and decide I want something to eat I don't have to change. There is a mini fridge in the room but no microwave, kind of a bummer since you bring leftovers from dinner to your room and have no way to heat them up later. The coffee machine is a nice touch, although I prefer to go downstairs to the cafe and grab a coffee. They need to add garbage cans in the toilet area if they expect people to not to flush feminine hygiene products. There is one in the bathroom but not in the toilet area and no where to set anything which can lead to a mess or inconvenience. Overall it's a wonderful hotel, I have stayed many times and never seen any mess or had any real issues. If road noise bugs you you will not want the Mountain View.

I paid 619.00 for a room with a view. The third floor. View out my window. Nice room but to change this much a room with a view of a roof is crazy. Never again

This hotel is truly fantastic! We had the pleasure of staying one night, and our room was impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed. The food and beverages available in the lobby were absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond, even helping get warm milk for our little one. The event space was perfectly planned for the wine party. The spread of food was incredibly impressive! The bruschetta was so on point! And the grapes paired with the cheese platter was the perfect combination! Our visit to MJ's steakhouse was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay! It was a real treat and simply amazeballs! Can't wait to share more about that experience later. Stay tuned!

I'm not a Casino person, so my review is objective. I was hosted for a one night stay and this is a plush place. 24/7 pool and fitness. Super secure. Lighting in rooms is over the top, with motion detection. TV could be better, no music channel, and apps are difficult to access. We dined on 15th floor. Excellent wine list but they were out of several choices. Menu was limited as the chef was new. The whole resort is new. They could have used better lighting in the dining room. Acoustics were pleasant. Booths and tables. VIP room. Stores and full gambling available. Valet service. Splurge!

We stayed here for 2 nights the first night was our wedding night. Checking in, still in wedding attire the agent kindly upgraded us to a king suite! The suite was beautiful, very high-end decor. Large soaking tub, huge shower. Even the bath amenities were wonderful. They thought of everything you might need.

For the brief experience I had at this establishment, I felt nothing short of excellence. I came for one of the internal food businesses within, but enjoyed the service helping lead me to my end goal. Also their restrooms are among some of the cleanest and most pleasant that I've ever been to!

Well l was a bit lost trying to get to the parking garage but then I headed in to play. I only had $20 to play. So by the time I left I was $300. richer than when I walked in and I was only in the place for about a 1/5 hour maybe an hour but none the less I walked out a very happy Camper.

We stayed at Ilani hotel last month for our 42nd anniversary. Check in was good and hotel gave a good vibe as potential four star hotel. I gave it two stars due to two gross experiences: First, we went to use the hot tub and found six people in the hot tub. Usually no problem, but five of them were under six years old! Against the posted rules but nobody said anything. I also didn't feel it was my job to do so. One of the kids was even wearing a diaper! One hotel employee came through and said nothing. We waited till the kids were gone to use the hot tub but still felt disgusted due to the diaper incident. The other gross issue was breakfast the next day, at Tom's restaurant. My over easy eggs had egg shells in them. The waiter said that was unacceptable but didn't do anything further. Although the restaurant isn't technically the hotel, it was all part of the experience. I would expect this hotel to do better for the price they charge.

I love this place; it’s such great energy, and everything is new. We always have a lot of fun in the casino. And I love the restaurant's options. The sushi is one of my favorite places to go, and the steakhouse is fantastic! I suggest you try both because you will love it. The new hotel looks good. I didn't have time to stay there yet, but I can't wait to have fun and stay there!

My friends, do yourself a favor and slip away from the hustle and bustle of the main casino and take a break in the hotel bar! I was just checking out the hotel, noticed the bar and decided to stop in for another round. I ended up chit chatting with the lovely bar tender, Kendra, who couldn’t have been nicer, and gave me an excellent drink recommendation! I can’t remember what it was, but I remember I loved it!This is a great spot to refill and refuel before heading back into the main casino. Great staff and great times!

This is a nice stylish casino with the tightest slots known in existence. I played a machine and got a bonus on Max bet and the free spins didn't even give me back my bet amount. I thought this was a fluke and a couple hundred dollars later, hit the bonus again AND AGAIN didn't even get my bet amount back. That's all you need to know about this place. For a place with $300 to $900 rooms, I don't see the allure.

My husband had a great time at the casino with many options to play the different table games and slots. Dinner at the Line and Lure, was very good.Rooms: Room was well appointed had everything we needed.Noteworthy details: My son and his family used the pool only negative they said was it was a little on the cold side.

This is a beautiful hotel and casino and they have alot of restaurants with a wide range of offerings to satisfy any cravings. The only hiccup was at check in. We arrived at 4 PM which is the stated time on their website. However, the staff advised us that there were no available rooms to check in due to short staffing. As a result, we were checked in at 5:15 and there were multiple other guests whose check in was delayed. Hopefully, the staffing issues are resolved soon. They also really dropped ball on ADA accessible rooms. I booked a Queen ADA room. Their website says this room had roll in showers, but we got a room with a bathtub and no shower chair which made it very difficult for my husband to climb into. We requested a shower chair to be delivered (it should have been in the room already otherwise this is non ADA compliant). The front desk lady who answered said she would look into it, but never called us back. I called again and the 2nd staff member was very responsive and had it delivered in 5 minutes. There are some big disparities in staff and experience. Some staff members were very knowledgeable and professional and some left a lot to be desired. For this price point, I expected a higher level of service.
