My fiancé and I just recently opened up a joint account at IQ credit union in Ridgefield, WA after banking with traditional banks for years. We have had the greatest experience working with Natalie and would highly recommend this credit union for anyone looking for an amazing experience. Ten out of ten recommend.

My husband and I have been customers at IQ credit Union for many years. We are very happy with their customer service; the way the associates help us and answer our questions. The online banking service is great as well. I especially appreciate the in-person customer service.The associates are very knowledgeable and quick to help with anything that we need.Example: October of 2022 my sister died.I was Appointed as the personal representative.I needed to open an estate account.This was such a devastating time for me.I called IQ credit Union one morning to ask about the process. The associate said that I could come in that day. I arrived late morning and was immediately helped by a very knowledgeable and pleasant young lady named Natalie. She listened and responded to my needs. She literally took care of EVERY detail in about half an hour! I was so thankful and relieved that a very important part of my administrative duties had been handled so quickly and professionally! Kudos to Natalie!!! ??? The staff are always very helpful at both the Ridgefield and battle ground locations and as a whole this credit union is extremely efficient. I've been banking through them my entire work career and never had a problem so if your looking for a new or a first bank that's reliable and we'll rounded this is it.

I visit this branch about twice a year. I feel like they have very unfriendly staff. The gentleman that helped me keep smirking each time I asked him to do other thing on my account. It's like he is working for free. No friendly greeting or how are u. Just straight to the point and just looking at his computer. There was a lady sitting in front desk didn't say hi or how can i help u or noting just when i asked her if i need to go to front as I was confused if she can help me but she smirked and asked to go forward. No smiles noting. At the end of the whole transaction that guy that helped me came out with my card and said well here's your card here's what you need to do bye-bye. Like everything that happened just made me feel like I wasn't a client but some sort of an audited lol. I had a moment to sit and wait on my card and I observed how they created the other clients and I'll say it wasn't any different from other tellers. This make me not want to come back once again to this branch as I swear it's the same experience each time.

I went in to close my account and the teller wouldn't give me cash and instead gave me a check. His reason " we just don't have that much cash right now". It was only a small amount So glad I am done with this garbage credit union.

I called to ask about a mortgage and not only did the tell me they weren't the right fit but they gave me advice on my alternative options. It was a great experience. Felt honest.

First off I previously banked at this branch long ago for many years. I stopped by to open an account. I eventually ended up talking to someone at the next level up: Sarah (she did not give the spelling). She did not listen well and was confused thinking that I wanted to open a business account even though I stated a number of times I do not have a business. I will not bank with IQ again.

This IQ location is near my work, I have an account with a CO-OP Shared Branch. I use to go in every other week, one teller was nice enough but the head teller was always short with me, then openly nice to the next person. This is an exclusive place.
