I purchased a hat from Kakadu. They sent me the incorrect style hat. I emailed them 3 times to try to get a return shipping label & full refund. Finally, I called and left a voicemail. After that, they sent me a return shipping label, but refused to give me a full refund. Wouldn't even write back to explain themselves. I don't recommend buying from this company.

This company should not even exist. The way they don't respond to their customers is atrocious. I ordered a shirt in November of 2018 and the wrong one showed up in January. I finally got someone to answer the phone late January and was told to return the item for an exchange. Long story short I had to contact the Washington state AG. Got some of my money back minus my shipping costs! Buyer be very aware! B. Whittaker

I have to say Im sorry to have to give one star, but at this point I feel that Kakadu is leaving me no choice. My wife bought me a hat at the Portland Expo center from Kakadu Traders booth/exhibit before christmas 2018. She was told an exchange would not be a problem. The hat was too small for me so after christmas we contacted the company online and we got a return number and several days after christmas sent the hat back to kakadu with a request for a smaller size. Since then I have emailed the company five times with two responses. First response was 'let me check and see what I can find'. No further word. Second response I got was after my request for a refund went unanswered. I was given the excuse that they had a ransomware attack and all transactions had to be entered by hand. WHAT THE ENTIRE HECK KAKADU? Really? You are a company with retail sales on 3 continents and your security was so crappy that you were hit with a ransomware attack? Anyway, Long story short, It is now almost the end of february. Kakadu has my hat, my money, and I have nothing at all but excuses and in the end, I still have no christmas present. Thanks Kakadu. This falls far, far short of any kind of customer service expectations from a company this big. Do not give them your business, they are crooks. They take your money and leave you hanging.

I ordered 2 vests, paid for them including express shipping 4 days ago. I have left 3 voicemails as I have a question about the order with no response. I received an acknowledgement immediately after placing the order that Kakadu received my order and payment was made and nothing since. It is a gift and now looks like it wil not arrive on time and they obviously care nothing for their clients.
