Debby is fair and kind. The trails around the property have lovely hills. You can give your horse a fun and strength building stretch of the legs! The indoor barn with runs are updated to a no mud run. There is some trailer parking. They soak the owner provided grains to reduce colic episodes. This really is useful!! The indoor arena is quite good, and regularly dragged. Kozy Manor is "Kozy!" ???

I have been boarding my horse, Paco, for ten years at Kozy Manor. He is healthy, and lives in luxury. I feel supported by the barn owner - and I respect her decisions. If you don't like them, change barns. I am disappointed to be reading Ann Roberts' review because I know who she is. (Annie, if you are not able to use your real full name with your post, one has to wonder if you really stand behind it.) Annie appears to be taking her own personal issues to the world wide web. These last two years have been extremely stressful for everyone, both at home and at work. This person has forgotten how much load the owner at Kozy Manor has absorbed during these last two years. Staff turnover? Have you heard of the great resignation? Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get people to work at a barn? We can't pay enough to lure workers in because our monthly boarding fees are low. No doubt, the pressure for needing great workers will lead to higher board fees, and that's OK. It's all part of the economic reset that we are all experiencing. So, rather than complain, I volunteered to help, and I have spent four mornings out there this month cleaning and feeding. After ten years I'm not just a boarder. I consider Kozy Manor to be Paco's home, and therefore my family. When times are tough, TRY HELPING - and when you are tired, GIVE MORE. Together we will get through these tough times. Trying to hurt someone on line is the lowest form of warfare. Do something more productive. PLEASE.

Not sure who Ann Roberts is however I've been at Kozy Manor for about 6 years now and happy with how my horse is being cared for in general. Considering Covid conditions the last year and a half (and now Om variant) I expect high employee turnover and changes in hay quality, good hay is not always available but when it is that's what gets fed. With Covid staff turnover owner does the work herself for over 20 plus horses. I paid a good sum of money for my horse and picky about her care....I enjoy my barn time, connecting with other owners and property owner as well.....I highly recommend Kozy Manor for your horses, I'm staying.

I have been at KM for about 25 yrs and have seen boarders come and go. Life changes, finances, and loss of horses make for changes. It is impossible to not have staff changes, hay conditions, barn facilities change. I do not know of a person named Ann Roberts during my stay at KM so not sure about the recent negative post. Any situation that is not to a boarders liking is dealt with on an individual basis and Debby tries to rectify. I have recently been dealing with a medical issue for my horse. Kathy and Debbie have handled everything for me since I had recent shoulder surgery. That is a huge positive for me to not have to worry about him.

i have been here at Kozy Manor Stables for almost 5 years, both my horses are well taken care of and are happy here. No drama and always lots to do! There is a new riding trail and huge playground. Best place to keep your horses at! Debby is a wonderful instructor, I have a much better understanding of why horses do some of the things they do, and a better relationship with them both!

My daughter took lessons here a couple years ago. The barn and horses are extremely well taken care of, and everyone is attentive and welcoming. Great place to stable a horse. The owner is very dedicated.

I fell in love with the facilities here. There is room to trail ride a bit and the barn is active and happening. Horses are fed three times a day and turned out in a herd environment. I found Debby and her boarders to be very nice and helpful. Clean, safe, and definitely horse and rider centered.
