If you're unsure where to take your vehicle take it here. I was chasing a check engine light and took my truck to two other shops with no luck. My auto works had my truck fixed and ready in one day plus they even gave me a ride home when I dropped it off! 10 out of 10 thank you for everything :)

Always good about getting my vehicles repaired promptly, only disappoint is their shop supplies charge, but they always do fabulous repairs.Not the cheapest but good work don’t come cheap

So so happy with my experience here. I bought my car in March and knew a sound I started hearing was not right. The place I bought the car from could not diagnose the issue and dismissed it. I was told to brake harder as it’s probably just rust building up? Per my boyfriend I brought my car here for a second opinion. Thank god I did. One of the brake pads had completely worn down to the point it was metal on metal. They immediately found this issue and worked with the dealership to arrange parts and payment. It is so scary I was driving the car in this condition as I was told it could’ve caught fire due to the metal on metal so they very likely could have saved my life. I’m so thankful for them and the amazing work they did. They got my car back to me so fast and I will continue taking my car here in the future 😊 big thanks to Olivia, Jack, and the technician Victor!

Very nice people, but I brought my truck here before and they charged just under 1k in labor to replace the alternator after I made it clear I had just tried replacing it and it didn’t fix the issue. They ended up fixing the issue but I still had to pay for them to replace an alternator that I had already tried replacing, won’t be going here again.

After several years of looking for a full time mechanic in Vancouver, I finally found one. Integrity, a great work ethic and outstanding customer service. This is the kind of experience I've been looking for. there's something to be said about finding a mechanic who actually cares about you and your vehicle. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I took my daughter’s car in for diagnostic on the heating system on a 2007 Toyota Highlander with over 318K miles on it. The service was precise and cleaning the coolant system and back flushing the heating core went well. However failure to remove all the cleaning fluid in the cylinders cause some problems after driving home. Had to bring back in to fix that problem. Afterwards it was fine.

This place is great~ I have just moved to the area and needed oil change and tire rotation. I was impressed by the friendly team answering the phones.. Drake and Jack. The owner Roland and everyone I came into contact with. They got me home and back to pick up my car which I really appreciated since I’m new to the area and didn’t have anyone to help with that. They do a comprehensive check on the car and include educational literature and pictures of the issues that need fixing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The office was immaculate!!!
