“I moved into this area not long ago and found this USPS counter service nearby. This is the best service and hours of operation I have ever experienced. Who opens 7 days a week and serves until 7pm, wow! The women there are always helpful and smiling. The outside table is where one can tape and package my boxes. Inside, the signs are clear where packages are dropped off. I never had any issues, the operation is most efficient. I am thankful for this business. Happy Holidays!”
“The Woodland Post Office is everything you could want from the US Postal Service. The staff have all been there a while and know what they're doing, which is always so helpful. They also form great connections with members of the community, and they go above and beyond to make sure your issues get resolved and your packages reach their destinations.Once every year or so, they let me through the doors with 400 packages to mail out and never make me feel like I'm a burden. I appreciate their customer service and positive attitudes immensely.”

“I have dealt with the employees in person in the branch and even spoken with the "manager" on occasion to try and find missing packages that never made it to them. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Some reviews say the manager is unkind, but I have found her to be straightforward and no nonsense with a good sense of humor. I always feel like everything that could be done has been done, including tricks they have learned to move the process along.People also complain about the packages that Amazon dumps on the postal service not being delivered "according to the notes." Well, it's a government office, folks. They have regulations they need to follow that don't include leaving their vehicle (that doesn't lock) and hiking. Amazon has drop sights that you can use instead of allowing Amazon to overstretch an already crowded system.I have personally seen the mail delivered way into the dark hours. I have unstuck a postal van from the snow that knowingly didn't have chains but had to get people's packages delivered. These folks go above and beyond every day, not knowing if they deliver bills, junk mail, or life-saving perscriptions. So the next time you see your postal carrier, at least smile and wave.”
