I love this office!! I went for my first appt a month ago and went to another one recently and I have never felt so heard by my doctors in such a long time. All of the MA’s, Student Doctors, and Doctors take the time to listen to your concerns and find a solution to each one with you. I absolutely love this office and appreciate everyone in it!!

Drs and PA practice well, pretty expensive to be seen for an infection, I’m afraid to go back again. I feel it’d be cheaper if we didn’t even have insurance!We end up with appts to talk and schedule more appts for another $100+ each time.Won’t include a kids sport’s physical into a well child appt so they can charge again separately.And the way staff handles a child being a medical adult at 13 really needs some sensitivity work and logic involved, it’s a good practice for the kids but nearly all kids would do well with input from parents. This child medical adult idea seems like some ridiculous political agenda based idea.

We did not receive the care we anticipated for our new child. Scheduling appointments was difficult because the online portal rarely worked and it was hard to get ahold of someone by phone. We got behind on his vaccination schedule because the vaccines were continually "going-bad" in their words and they had to keep rescheduling. We eventually transferred care to a different clinic.

left several messages, no follow up what so ever. pa's do not listen, they have stood me up for online visits. total no show. then send referrals out for wrong body area's never answer phone. no follow up on meds or scripts.

Super professional but cant keep my medications coming in, i stopped using my meds because i never recieved a text from walmart telling me too pick up them

A good family medical practice for anyone that is seeking local care around Ridgefield.Pros: The staff is very nice and helpful, it's local, and I like my doctor.Cons: Some of the equipment is a little outdated (specifically exam tables) and billing can take a while.

We loved Dr. Bergstrom. We even liked the PA, Jonathan. However, the office staff here is completely & totally incompetent. Unfortunately, that ruined our experience here & we will be looking for a new PC Doc ASAP. Don't waste your time here.

Don't go! Impossible to talk with their billing dept. and a very disorganized practice. They were listed as a in-network provider who sent our blood work to an out of network lab causing a significant increase in costs.

My first visit to Richfield family medicine was todayLOVE that place, friendly, compassionate, just awesome!!! It's scary when you have to find a new primary care Dr,, SO glad I chose them.

Dr. Bliss is wonderful, however, their billing staff and anyone who deals with patient billing is the WORST. We didn't receive bills for 9 months. Their portal billing is different than the statement that they mail (when they eventually mail you one) and if you ask for a statement when you come into the office, it is completely different. Not one statement matches up. They hire a 3rd party company on the east coast to handle their billing and it is almost near impossible to speak to anyone in the office about your billing. So, if you are looking for a monthly statement to be mailed, have accurate accounting and in the event you should need to talk to someone about billing, this is NOT your office.

This is a great clinic filled with wonderful and helpful staff. I have been seeing Bliss Jensen for about 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about her. She is an excellent listener and will go above and beyond to provide you with the best care necessary. Bliss has a great sense of humor and will always manage to make you smile when walking out of the clinic. The only negative aspect to this clinic is their billing system. Mathematically their charges make no sense on the patient portal and never match up with the bill that is received via mail. When I contact the staff in regards to this issue they seem confused and have no idea where the numbers are coming from either. At the end of the day this is a business and this disorganization looks poorly on their behalf. Looking past this minor issue I would highly recommend Ridgefield Family Medicine to anyone who is looking for more of a personalized relationship with their Physician!

I am revising my review as they have taken steps to correct the oversight. I do appreciate the updates. I have gotten calls as well as emails so I am happy with the resolution.Previous PostThey could not find my lab results. They said they were short staffed and lost 2 of their assistants recently. They're asking if I want to go back to get my blood draw again. We are a family of 4 and recently transferred our family to their practice. I am very concerned about a doctor's office being so disorganized. I'm happy to revisit my review when I get my annual done again next year or if they ever find the missing lab results...

Zero stars this place is a joke if you want a flu shot go here if you want medical care go somewhere else. And their billing is ridiculous, they chose a provider for my daughter knowing I had a particular kind of insurance scheduled her with that doctor and they are now charging me a full fee because my insurance won't cover that doctor. I'll never go here again.
