He followed my crazy directions to which parking lot I was in & had me on my way within 30 mins of my call to Carls. Brian was very kind & polite even though it was HOT & he had to move his truck.”

“Some backstory: My Thomas school bus had problems with the engine fan not engaging on hills or during temp spikes. It also was misdiagnosed by a separate facility. Super stressful situation.
I brought it in to ultimate truck service and they were able to diagnose it and swap out a temp sensor. I can confirm my engine fan is running perfectly through the California mountains. Outstanding service!”
