They will pick up the keys and take a look at your car. They won't charge you anything unless you want to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic is free. “Front desk staff woman was very knowledgeable and helpful ! Honestly I about yanked my appointment because of all the reviews on here but it was a great experience and would recommend. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the ring cameras that constantly say "hi you are being recorded " probably went off 30 plus times while I was there didn't really make the front desk seating area welcoming at every move it would go off. But I understood it's on fourth plain and the sketchy folks that might go in”
