“I Nomally don't do alot of reviews when it comes to auto mechanic shops because I normally do my own repairs, however my work schedule didn't allow me to do the lengthy diagnostics to find out why my vehicle stopped while driving, I didn't have time to try and find an honest shop in Vancouver since I work in Portland but I settled on NW imports and Domestics. and had my vehicle towed there. got a call back later on that day and was informed that the cooling fan needed to be replaced, the second call I received they informed me that they had ordered the wrong cooling fan and had to reorder the correct one and I would also need a module and a fuse. what confused me was the pricing went from $540 to $666 and change. I know it doesn't take 2 hour's to remove and install a cooling fan and a module and didn't understand why the cost was so high. when I went to pick up the vehicle I was taken back by the fact I was charged $107 for a $25 module $190 for a cooling fan which at the most should have only been $110 and the labor cost at $154 per hour I thought was high I was informed that that place they ordered the parts from were the only ones that had that particular part. Now to be fare they did give me a small veteran's discount of a little over$20, and on day 2 the vehicle hasn't stopped on me again so I believe the problem so far is fixed. So to sum it all up, they know thier way around when it comes to repairs. If your on a budget you probably need to shop around for a less expensive repair shop but if money is not a big issue then I would recommend NW Imports and Domestics they will do a good job on your vehicle repairs. So I give them 4 out of five stars as my honest review.”

“I was in need of a second opinion for an issue with my Jeep and I was referred to CG Autowerks by another shop that couldn’t get me in. Well, I now have a new solid mechanic to go to. Craig is legit and will be straight up with you and has fair prices. Sure you can always find someone to do a job for cheaper but at the end of the day, quality of workmanship and knowledge oversee saving a couple bucks. I picked up the weekend warrior on Friday and was out in the muddy Offroad trails on Saturday with no concerns.

“I took my 2011 F150 to a local Ford dealer and was told that at a minimum my torque converter needed to be replaced and I probably needed a transmission rebuild/ replacement. $7200 estimate. I took it to Jim's and got a service, fluid replacement and it took care of the issue. I also had the front and rear differentials and transfer case serviced. All of this for under $600. Needless to say I will use Jim's for future needs.”

“This is not my first time going to honest one auto care. I returned because of my great positive experience previously!!! Overall, I had a good experience this visit. Upon arriving, I was a little thrown off by the fact that the person checking me in acted like I did not have an appointment and had no clue why I was even bringing my vehicle there. However, after explaining my situation, the mechanic/ technician Jones that did the diagnostic reviews on my vehicle was very knowledgeable, and I appreciate the fact that he was able to walk me around my vehicle and explain to me what was going on.
