“The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. She ensures that the checkout and return process is extremely smooth. I always prefer to use this location just because of the team”
“I rented a truck to pick up some building materials in Oregon. Unfortunately, the supplier screwed up the order, so I drove all the way back hauling nothing. I filled the gas tank thinking I'd use a lot of fuel, but returned it with basically a full tank (instead of half a tank like I started with). I didn't ask for anything when I returned the truck (it wasn't their fault), but the manager went out of her way to get the cost of the rental down and saved me a good bit of money. That is the kind of company I want to do business with. If I need a truck in the future, I'm definitely renting from them.”

“The windshield could have used a proper cleaning. It was wiped down but had dirty streak that were visible in sunlight. Not usually an issue here in the PNW.
Other than that, the van was clean and suitably maintained for a rental vehicle.
The location has electronic after hours pickup and drop off options that are very helpful for someone like me who works the night shift.
I will use this location for future rental needs.”

“David was very helpful and knowledgeable on getting us set up a new unit with ease. Units are in great shape and they are located in a very secure location great if you are looking for something central to Vancouver.”
“Clean and efficient... But the owner/clerk was not very nice. Quick and provided service but could not hide the tone of his displeasure with having to be in office. Yeah he just sucks at covering his displeasure with his life in general apparently. But other than that it was great.”

“Staff is wonderful here. They are a small hometown type of place that I will use again and again. Almost forgot my water jug in t h e van and the employee stopped Mr and gave it to.me before I left. So grateful for him. Thanks again guys for everything”
“Nothing but helpful and the price is very satisfying. The storage units I have are small but they bundle up two spaces/units for the price of 1 two units for 75+tax so it's a great deal .”

“The person working the desk was amazing and friendly and answered all my questions. The truck had a full tank and was super clean. I’ve never driven a truck that big, but I felt like it was designed to be easy to drive. I was even able to reverse it between two trucks to park it. Felt like I should get my cdl after that lol.”
