“As a regular with Les Schwab, I stopped in to the Ritzville Les Schwab on my way from Montana to Seattle due to some concerning noises. I did not want to risk a side of the road issue. Mitch took my truck for a quick cruise, then inspected components in my area of concern. He noted some cupping on the tires but overall made me feel much more confident in completing my trip. Truly top notch customer service that I have received from Les Schwab since I was in high school. Ritzville, WA was the exact same. Thank you again Mitch and team.”
