This store one of our tire la exploded. We got a spare on and made it onto the parking lot where the same tire was badly shaking. Mitch cam out and quickly diagnosed our problem guessing the caliper had come loose and it was. The caliper came loose- dig a deep groove int the rim and then exploded the tire. It was doing the same to the spare. He was friendly professional and efficient. It would be wise to give him a raise to keep him there. GREAT WORK SIR and thank you.”
