We broke down in ritzville 23 weeks ago, we ended up taking our truck here and was told needed head gaskets replaced. We are still sitting here, head gaskets replaced but he messed something up, on a brand new motor that was replaced two years ago, so we are looking at thousands to fix what he screwed up!update, we are still here and tracy rarely comes to work, he avoids it like the plague and has not touched pur vehicle or suggested someone who knows what they are doing, i feel a lawsuit comingfor damage done to our motor for him. Putting it together wrong, pain and suffering. Since I mean, I'm missing if I get other. Had had to spend so much time apart and damages because we've lost money because we've had to stay in this town. Where things are so expensive. We can barely afford to survive. Tracy has let us stay in the parking lot of the shop but thats about as far as his hospitality those especially when he damaged our vehicle, when he started putting it back together. After the heads were put back on, he messed up a brand new motor brand new. We paid him up front $3500, which we will be getting refunded. Either by the courts or by him himself, doing the right thing.
