“Staff was very professional, and made it easy for me to open accounts for my spouse and children's accounts. We were there for over an hour as opening accounts take a bit of time, everyone was nice and made the process less painful. As far as no local phone line, with other comments I live in town and have zero worries about this as if I have a problem I'll just go in!
