A haven of rest, cleanliness, and friendly, happy, sympathetic staff. The GM has created a wonderful working environment and it shows. The staff are clearly happy to have jobs here. As a customer, this is a great place to stay if on local business or if doing a XC-trip. We had to stay here following a four hour roadside U-haul trailer issue. This place is a comfort destination. Book this place if you’re passing through. It’s warm and welcoming on so many levels. Subtle patriotism and it’s a great thing. God bless you and your staff for the total quality experience.

This hotel and staff go up and beyond creating a pleasant experience after a long day of travel. Full complimentary breakfast leaves nothing out. Staying at this hotel leaves you will a desire to visit this location again. We will be back as we pass through this area again. Class act.!

The room was modern, very well kept and cleen. Breakfast was great for a hotel like this, hot biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, ham, sausage patties, sausage links, waffles, cereals, begals, bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. The only downside is that no evening cookies, like were shown in other reviews. Not a biggie, but I was really looking forward to it.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent: it had great variety and the food was always properly stocked. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Rooms were very clean. The highlight was the free cookies and milk that was offered at 7pm every night. Not gonna lie I was unreasonably excited for that every night, it was always a great way to end the day.

Newer hotel with well maintained grounds, very clean rooms, floors, furnishings. Comfy beds & pillows. Better than average hot breakfast; nice cozy reception lounge area, cookies on arrival. Lots of room to walk dogs. 40 min west of the busy city of Spokane-well worth the extra miles for this hotel stayRooms: Very clean and comfy rooms. There was a pool and hot tub that we did not get to use. Right on the highway-but very quiet in the rooms

DOG FRIENDLY!!! ?? I stayed here one night and didn't really sleep since I am a truck driver and was on a 34 hour reset. They have full truck and trailer parking! I enjoyed my room very much, it had a fridge, microwave, shower, tv, and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable but I would have done without the pillows as they were too soft for my tastes. Breakfast in the morning was exactly what you would expect out of a hotel breakfast. Staff were all very professional, helpful, and friendly. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing, my only complaint about this hotel would be that the pool looked like it was in desperate need of a deep clean. I would come back in the future for sure.Food & drinks: Starbucks and del taco next door

I really love the room we have, the bed is extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy. However, there is a loud banging that never stops. It's all hours of the day and night and as I'm writing this review at 11:57PM I'm still hearing the noise. It's extremely inconvenient and ridiculous to have to listen to not only all day long but even at night when you are trying to sleep. I'm exhausted, and frustrated that I have to keep dealing with this. I likely will not be back to this hotel again, ever. The room and service is fantastic but having to deal with whatever the hell that banging sound is at all hours of the day and night is too much for me.

Clean, well run, and the staff is spectacular! They could charge double the rate I paid and I would still say it's under priced. I stayed in the new wing so I can't say what the older rooms are like, but my guess is the are are clean and nice as well. Well done Bronco Inn!

It’s rare that I post but I can’t say enough about this charming hotel. Staff is awesome, room exceptional, breakfast delicious and a great area for our dog - she even made a friend and could run! This place is surely a home away from home! Love the patriotism!

Our family had a terrific time at this hotel. It’s easy to get to with great parking and offers a truck parking lot! Super for those traveling with trailers and rigs. The kids woke up exclaiming what a great night of sleep they had and credit the bedtime mints ?We all enjoyed a delightful breakfast provided by the nicest staff. They made the kids feel welcome and engaged them in conversation! Absolutely would stay here again!Noteworthy details: Our grandchildren were so amazed as they walked through the pool doorway to see pool noodles, dive rings, pool balls and laughed with joy at the thoughtfulness.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was the most comfortable hotel experience I have ever had! We had booked the hotel only as a daytime landing spot for a reunion, but we were so charmed that we decided to stay the night - even though we were only 60 miles away from home in Spokane! The staff were very friendly, the room was exceptionally comfortable, and I'll never understand how it's so calm and quiet so close to the interstate. The coffee was even great! But the BEST part was the atmosphere and decor - we loved the patriotic themes and comforting scriptures. It felt like small-town hospitality, just like Ritzville! The open Holy Bible in our room with the Traveler's Prayer was the perfect touch, and so appreciated.Thank you so much for an incredible experience and memories made, we will find an excuse to return someday for sure!

Nice quiet pet friendly hotel. Plenty of grassy areas outside. Guests with pets aren't limited to first floor rooms, which we appreciated. Hot tub was enjoyable though very small. Bed was ok. Room was modern. The freeway noise is manageable. Free breakfast offers a lot of choices, impressive really if you're into free hotel breakfast. And Starbucks is next door!Only thing we disliked was all the Christian and patriotic decor. We have no interest in your god and colonialist values. However, perusing the current issue of Wheat Times was enlightening. I'd rather find a copy of this magazine in the room instead of an open bible ?
