Heritage Meats is the best butcher shop around and is the cleanest butcher shop ever. The quality of the meat is great, fantastic, outstanding, and like none other, with the best and great tasting local lamb. Everything is locally sourced, ethically and humanely raised. They have a great variety, including fresh Polish Sausage, rabbit, goose, jerky, pepperoni, and pretty much any cut of meat imaginable, as well as raw dog food. The staff is very nice, helpful, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate. Their prices are fantastic, and it saves time and money that everything is already sealed and ready for the freezer. Highly recommend this local establishment.
