Our package was supposed to arrive today, but unfortunately it didn’t. We really needed it today, so we drove to what we thought was the correct FedEx facility to see if we could pick it up ourselves. It turned out we had gone to the wrong location, but the employee who helped us (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name—he had short brown hair and wore glasses) went above and beyond to assist us.
Instead of simply telling us we were at the wrong facility and sending us on our way, he took the time to call the correct FedEx location, explained our situation, and confirmed that we would be able to pick up our package today. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier, and we truly appreciate the extra effort he put in for us.
