I had the Turkey sandwich, toasted! It was great, the stone ground mustard was very tasty! My friend had the club with gluten free bread! She said it was very good! In all it was a very nice lunch!

What a great idea. I'd love to see a little more balanced of a selection of books, but the music was spot on. I love places that create community hubs.

I am so happy I stumbled across this place. I was in search for breakfast and click on Basecamp, scanned the menu and was in route. I pulled up and instantly enjoyed it! My partner and I have always loved the feeling of outfitters and coffee shops and this place combines the two with the addition of books! The food was great. It was in single portions so we didn't have to ask for any to go and didn't need to overstuff ourselves. I got a chai latte which was creamy and just what I needed on this winter morning. To top everything off, I bought not one but two books that have been on my wishlist for awhile. And so happy to support a small bookstore.

I read the bad food reviews, but also the good. We figured the ambiance would be nice. The food was fresh, decently priced for the Touristy area it is, and coffee was great. The carnitas bowl was well seasoned with the fresh sides. The kids burger was juicy and flavorful; my kid ate more than they usually do! The BLAT was fresh and soup was good. Overall, we would come here again.

Fantastic breakfast burrito. Just the right size and wasn't a cheese bomb. Exactly what I was looking for this morning on this snowy Sunday morning.

Such a cute little cafe! We stopped in during our first visit to Roslyn to check out the books. Although we didn't eat or get coffee, the coffee and food smelled amazing. There was a pretty good selection of books, and they had local trail guides too. The only downside was that it was pretty crowded on Saturday afternoon, making it a bit difficult to peruse the the books. We will definitely be back for a bite to eat during our next trip to the area!

One of the best secrets in Roslyn! Great coffee, breakfast, treats, sandwiches and cool books upstairs and great bar, food and TV for watching games downstairs. Great service and very clean!

This is your little basecamp:, books, coffee, and gifts.. oh yeah food and beer also. If you are visiting Roslyn this could be the little tourist trap that you don't miss. While you were here, get a coffee (daytime) or food/drink (afternoon), buy a book, read about nature, get a trail map for the surrounding area, and just honestly take it all in. My wife loves the baked products here.. always getting a cookie, or some other lovely treat. What makes the world better are places like this, which scream out, come hang out, and be part of the family. Next door is the fictional home of Northern Exposure's Dr Joel Fleischman office, which is now "Cicely's Gift Shop". The entire city feels like it should be a rugged town, in Alaska.. oh wait, it's just a short drive from Washington. So Basecamp, totally worth the stop as you meander around the wonderful gem of a town.

Kids loved the toy selection, kids books and large grassy Yard area to play and run around. We liked the coffee, and fresh baked cookies. We missed out on the cinnamon rolls, which are apparently huge and very good as they tend to sell out. We will be sure to stop here again on our way over the pass.

Wow, everything here was delicious! Happen to stop by during happy hour and the stuff on their menu did not disappoint. Definitely coming back here again!

Fantastic place, love the combo of coffee, food, bar, and bookstore. You can stay on the main floor for coffee and quick bites or go downstairs for a meal with a full bar. There's also a TV downstairs that had on local sports. Great selection of books and games too.

First off, I hate being charged for something without being asked. This place tacked on a fee/tax for forest conservation or something like that? I am still not sure exactly what the fee was because when I asked the gal working, she couldnt really explain it. To be clear, I am not a douche and do believe in saving our earth but ask before you assume I want to donate and add it to my bill as if it is a necessity to buying something there. There was no yes or no option, it was just added to my bill and I happened to notice it. Anyhoo..... this is a cute little bookstore (and cafe). We came in for a few books to read on our vacation and ended up with some classics. They have a good selection for such a little bookstore. They also had some other nice gift items such as fannypacks, shirts, etc.

What a beautiful place! Oh yeah, the coffee and food are really good too. There's a nice sitting area upstairs by the front windows as well as a restaurant and bar area downstairs. Also, they host Saturday night movies in their adjoining yard in the summer. This is a really nice addition to the Roslyn downtown. I'll be back!

While we were walking around on Friday night we heard music coming from this place. Fantastic band. The place was full and had a kids play area adjacent to it. Very large. Pets are welcome outside. The next night we decided to eat there. Unfortunately there was no band. The food was just mediocre. The service was not very good. We were little surprised only because they were not busy at all.It was not horrible, but I wouldn't go back. There's too many other good restaurants in Rosalyn.

I've been here many times. Absolutely outstanding! Amazing owners and friendly staff. The best blueberry muffins I've ever had. Beautiful space with an amazing selection of books. Wonderful outdoor space in summer. Great coffee too, made with care and attention to detail! Can't recommend this place enough.
