Carek's Meat Market Inc. is a great little unknown business in the cute little town of Roslyn, Washington, located off Interstate 90. It is an experience in a very old building with historical appeal. The business is known as the best of the best, with amazing products. Customers highly recommend the best sausages around, pepperoni, and beef jerky varieties including Dirty Jerky, regular, and honey garlic. Their Landjager is also excellent.
