Fast, friendly service EVERY TIME we have a question or need help. We’re so fortunate that customer service is a priority for Inland, because they are the only game in town…unless you can get Starlink!

We had our service installed recently. Paco and another gentleman did the install. They were professional and very nice, when they were here. Our internet service is twice as fast as our previous carrier (C.L.). Very happy so far with the fiber optics, especially the faster speed.

Terrible service, I mean super Terrible. I mean we can't get another service right now cause they have monopolized our area. Once PUD fiber is placed I see them loosing alot of people around here. Download speeds are super slow, takes about 4 days to download a game that's 25 gigs, heaven forbid the big 80-100 gig games. Also buffers like crazy get a few minutes into a show, buffer for a few minutes and repeat. Phone calls, can't receive them when hooked to the wifi (which is needed when living were we live) can't make them out cause there is always a delay. Calling customer service gets us no where, they arnt rude at all. They seem like they want to help but then nothing really changes. We just get offered other services and we have the best option they can give us. It's just disappointing. We've been going through this for years and it's not like we can jump ship yet. But I hate paying them for Terrible service.

our router fried, so we called and the gal working was so amazing, it was closing time when we called, and she offered to drive a new router to is on her way home, which she just dropped it off, talk about amazing service. thank you so much. it's very appreciated

Customer Service is friendly, and I really believe they are trying to be helpful. Our service is horrible however. Worse when it rains or the weather is rough. Friday’s before the weekend is pretty typical to go down. We went 3 + weeks in January with our phone service not working and our internet service up and down (more down than up). We bought a new router, got a new modem, still unpredictable and unreliable. We were told that the local tech would come by the house

Called in about a router problem, the personnel who answered was extremely patient and helpful. She was secure with the account information and doubled checked to make sure all the services they provided were working. The internet has been flawless as long as I’ve been using it. Haven't experienced their field technicians, no comment there. I do not like how you’re forced to have phone service with an internet subscription. I wish all customer service was handled like the folks answering the Roslyn phones.
