“Went to Troy to have him do a diagnostic on my car. I haven’t had good experiences in the past with larger mechanic companies so I wanted to try a smaller business. Troy exceeded my expectations. He was very informative when explaining what was going on. He also told me about a potential problem I may have with something else later down the road even though it wasn’t contributing to overall chief concern, but that way I was at least aware of it moving forward. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to do the repair as the tires need to be balanced but he was able to recommend a shop that he’s had positive experiences with. I would highly recommend going to him for your automotive needs! ☺️Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I’ve had my cars serviced here in the past six years. I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Rafael and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and you feel 100% involved. There is no one trying to sell you something you don’t need or exasperate a problem.This is my second review, and my second car I have taken here. I get my oil changes here along with services needed. I recently bought a BMW 550i xdrive. Six months later the engine went into limp mode. I did purchased an extended warranty. This happened to be across the street from a BMW service center, otherwise it would have went strait to Eurotech. Some friends had an extensive code reader and the code was for a cylinder misfire. They said you have a warranty, just take it across the street. I contacted Rafael and through email, he mentioned something about a coil. So the car went to BMW because these friends were certain it was a warranty issue- it wasn’t. $400+ for a diagnostic and they stated it was a spark plug. BMW wanted almost a grand to change one spark plug! So I bought eight new spark plugs, $130, a friend installed them and guess what?!! It was the coil! Once again Rafael nailed it, however the spark plugs were due for a change. Bmw wanted $3000 to replace the coils… um you have to take the coils out to replace the spark plugs- so why 3k when they cost $40 each and you have to remove and replace them anyways? Point being, I was quoted by Eurotech to have all eight spark plugs replaced for hundreds less than BMW. And then, there is a bad cv joint, I was quoted over 3k, and again, Rafael quoted SIGNIFICANTLY less. I actually don’t want to by a car that’s not European, just because I trust Eurotech. So thank you Eurotech and to the employees.Melissa”

“I am so thankful to have been lead to this Midas. I totally had a peace of mind with the entire process. Ron and Sandy truly know how to run a location. They both have individual gifts, but contribute greatly. This is how it started…I booked an apt online and the open availability was 2:30-4. The email stated, “still waiting for dealership to confirm”. I decided to call to ask for confirmation. Ron answered the phone. He respectfully shared his intimacy with this day and that they needed to close at 12pm, BUT, even though. If you come down now, we will take care of your oil change. I was at the dealership about 15 min after the call. Walked in. Greeted so nicely by Sandy, so welcoming. She walked me through everything thoroughly and promptly. I was in and out within, 45 min. The BEST service recieved doing car maintenance. They are both so accommodating and are trusted with their knowledge and care for my vehicles. I will be probably coming for… life lol. I am truly grateful for the hospitality and being able to be apart of a day of remembrance. See you guys soon, blessings ✨”

“After having a huge mess in my home driveway, I started going to the McChord Auto Center. There I have access to any tools I need as well as fluid disposal. I feel blessed to have access to this facility. It is too bad that the JBLM command have taken away the Auto Center on Lewis Main. This is short sighted and costs soldiers far more money to get work done on their vehicles off base. Clearly this decision was made by the over inflated top heavy leadership of JBLM. But I guess they don't care since they can all afford to pay $180 an hour or more for auto repair”

Got my first set of tires here and have always got great service no matter who was behind the counter or in the shop they always go above and beyond from getting new tires to fixing a flat..like today I went in for a flat because a big screw went though it... they not open Sundays so I thought I would go to an other well known name that was open they took one look and said they couldn't fix it.. so waiting till today just incase I had to use my. Warranty and nope they where able to fix it right then. And where also looking for a replacement inside just in case they couldn't. This is why I go here they will get u back on the road as fast as they can and if for some reason they can't that day they will do everything thay can as fast as they can for u. From ordering part online and have it shipped there to running to other location to get the part they you need. Thank you for today's team Chris, Billy, and Cameron you all rock.”
