“Tk goes over the work he did with you when you pick up the car, to include showing you why he replaced the part by keeping it for you to see. Nice to find a honest mechanic that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for a foreign car.”

“I have been coming here for the past year and every single visit I get phenomenal customer service! From the greeting, to walking me into the lobby and the completion of my vehicle I am treated like a valued customer every time. Today they went above and beyond to fix a problem with my vehicle. I am grateful for the whole team at the Yelm location. Definitely recommend coming here not just for oil changes, but additional services as well.”

“I came in to get my tires changed and a young man named Derrick did a spectacular job!!! Didn’t take him long at all and that’s the kind of stuff I like. With the fast pace workers and the good prices and kind workers I give this place 4 starts!! I definitely recommend coming here and if you need a tire change ask Derrick he is the BEST!!!!”

“Thank you to Chris and the rest of the crew working 9/14/26. Last week I got new tires and an oil change done, typical stuff. After the work was done I was told the front brakes would need to be changed, again typical notice. This week I was changing the front brakes and found one of the lug nuts had been cross threaded when they were installing the tires, not an easy fix for my car. Chris and the team worked to get the problem fixed quickly”

“Driving by tonight saw a car I was interested in driving. I'm not exactly sure what I want yet. Owner met my wife an I. Super easy test drive. Car didn't work for my wife but so far got good vibes. Perhaps something will come up. Thanks for the test drive.”

“Outstanding service! Great guy! Extremely knowledgeable with years of experience. If you’re looking for great work and a honest mechanic. This is your driveline mechanic. My vehicle drives better than when I first bought it. He was very helpful, kind and it was a great experience. You know you got the right mechanic when other mechanics highly recommend them.”

“Regardless of the reviews here, they have some very kind men working here. I tried to do a DIY today in the parking lot and it wasn’t going well. The sweet men from this shop stopped to help me and even gave me a jump when I killed my battery. They didn’t end up leaving until 20 minutes after their shift. I’m trying to get through nursing school and have stayed over to help my patients in the ER before but it is rare that I get that same appreciation back. Today was my day!! I wouldn’t have made it home without them. ❤❤”
