“We switched over to Nisqually Vetrinary Clinic (Previously known as Horse and Cart Veterinary Clinic) after experiencing poor service from other clinics. What makes them phenomenal is their knowledge and competency from the front desk staff all the way through to their doctors. They are proactive in the waiting room when dogs are scared, aggressive or hyper. They take the time to explain procedures and advantages to certain services provided. They are careful and provide prompt follow up after procedures and give instructions on what to do as an emergency. When my elderly dog had reached his end days, they helped me with arrangements that were best for our family. A lot goes on in a clinic and even when they are busy with appointments, you still get personal care.”

“We love Bloom vet. The ladies are so sweet. They are amazing with my pets and I've never felt like they are trying to overcharge me or force anything on me. They always answer my questions the best they can. I'm glad we found a vet my pets and I both love.”

“I really appreciate that Dr. Fisher was able to see my dog so quickly for her ear infection, and for prescribing her medicine for it, as well as giving her vaccinations, so that I could cancel my scheduled appointment a month later for them. She did a great job taking care of my dog and answering all of my questions and concerns!”

“If you are looking for a Vet for your fur baby I highly recommend Spanaway Vet.We took our boy here to be nuetered last week and they were amazing. We have a very vocal high energy boy and they told me ahead of time they are " experienced with spicy dogs" lol Also, after seeing other dogs there it made us realize our boy isn't the most spicy there is.They were great with every animal. Made the process so smooth, were very upfront about costs, not pushy at all, very informative and our boys surgery went well and recovering great! The vet tech pre-surgery went over what to expect and was so sweet with him and us. So much so he jumped on her in excitement then walked right off with her and didn't look back. We knew he was in good hands as he is a good judge of character.Thank you to all of the hard working staff at Spanaway Vet for making this a good experience for both Rocket and us! ?”

“Don't let that list of charges fool you , we frequently drop 3 to 5 hundred dollars, and they do not do a lot of things due to limited staff or just something they can't do.but they do try to do a good job.”

“I am grateful for how attentive the vet and her assistant was to our furry companion Papito, who happens to be a rat. He has been very I’ll for 2 weeks and unfortunately I had a hard time finding a vet clinic that would see him. Thankfully the staff at this clinic made it possible for him to be seen right away and handled him so lovingly and genuine concern. I was very pleased with the experience.”

“I don’t leave reviews often, but when something needs to be said, it needs to be said. I can’t express enough how awesome this place is. Every single person I’ve had any interaction with has been outstanding. Dr. Long is the best vet I’ve ever taken an animal to and shows genuine care for my dog. Everyone else working there is also very genuine, caring, and makes the whole experience much easier for my little guy. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Chewy had to have his stitches out from an emergency surgery. The staff takes great care on my sweet boy. They answered all my questions. Update: Yelm Vet took care of our dog Freyja too. Freyja recently had her spay and an umbilical hernia surgery. The office called a day or two after the surgery to check on freyja. I love the personal touch. The staff always answers all my questions. You can tell they love their work, their furry patients and the pet owners.”
