“I took my pomchi in who has behavior issues and they were so good to him. He didn't growl or anything at the tech or the Dr. You can tell everyone that works there are animals lovers. I think they spoke more to my dogs than me haha. Prices are fair and both times I was given options to save money without ever compromising the care of my dogs. Im so glad my mother in law recommended them! I recommended them to by neighbors who just got 2 new kittens”

“The travel veterinarian, Dr Martin was incredibly compassionate and thorough. She communicated with the potential diagnoses of our senior dog going through changes to the choices of treatment plans. I felt less hopeless after our visit. Even after our visit, she called me with lab results and so kindly explained what her recommendations were. This is not an easy phase of life for both our senior dog or our family. I hope she continues to travel to this location as she is a wonderful human and doctor to our animal family members. We have had the opportunity to have him cared for by both Dr. Coughlin and Dr. Sandmeier, and we honestly could not ask for better veterinarians. They have shown him so much compassion, patience, and genuine care, especially during times when we have been worried about him.
What means the most to us is knowing that they truly care. They take the time to listen, answer our questions, and make sure we understand what is happening. Their entire team is always friendly, kind, and welcoming, and we never feel like we are just another appointment.
We also absolutely love having the Paw Plan. It has been such a great benefit for our family and gives us peace of mind knowing we can provide the care he needs while also helping make veterinary care more manageable.
When someone cares for your family member, that trust means everything. “This is where we leave our cats every time we go on an extended vacation. It's just for cats. The cats get their individual room and the personalize the tension everyday but it was cool. Our cats love it. We have one cat that's like 16 years old and she can be a little bit touchy when it comes to other people and leaving the house. But she loves going to this place and loves the people there appears”
“First time seeing Dr. Ray. Yes it's an older building and the main road is under construction. But they were absolutely wonderful and even though I was late, I was still greeted with a smile. Vet was what I want in a vet, a regular person without a attitude. A down home jeans and t-shirt type of guy. And front desk ,Jill I believe was her name. Was an absolute sweetheart. “The staff here is exceptionally empathetic and kind. We went to a couple other clinics in the area before settling on Nurtured Noses. Here they treat you and your pet like family, not just another source of income. Dr. Preston is very professional and isn't the type of vet that feels they have to oversimplify everthing when talking to you. When working through our dog's health issues, we received a call and an email both detailing what was going on and what our options for the next steps would be. The communication is top tier.
They offer urgent care services, though you'll have to be patient so they can work you in between scheduled appointments.”

“I've had to utilize Blue Pearl's services multiple times over the years, & they've always provided excellent service. They even gave me contact information for Urgent Care for my pets due to the long wait, unfortunately none of them were open yesterday as it was Sunday.
They were very open & communicative about the long wait & the reasons why. They were great with my cat & took care of her well while treating her wounds. They were very clear about the medications & aftercare & made sure I understood what I needed to do.
As much as emergencies with pets can be beyond stressful, the staff always tries to mitigate that stress & fear with excellent service & empathy.”

“We went to the Tacoma Animal Hospital when we couldn’t get into our regular vet until Sept 25th with our 12 year old cat, who we were sure had something terrible. We saw Dr. Notte on a next day appointment and he was just wonderful. Our cat is indeed ill with something terrible, and Dr. Notte took time to talk to us about Sam’s comfort and safety, and some guidance about euthanasia when it’s time for that. The cost of the visit and medication was very reasonable. Everyone—the front desk, techs and vet were all professional and very kind. We are VERY glad we took Sam to Tacoma Animal Hospital (on Center Street).”

“This is our first time with a VTC & they were great when our fur baby discovered allergies from the PNW. The staff was very kind & knowledgeable. The only down side is the limited availability for sick call appointments, but Definetly recommend when the availability is there. If we had our way, this would be our primary vet.”

“Tahoma Vet is more than just a veterinarian office. It’s a part of the family. We have been going there for 30 years and I cannot say enough about the kind, caring Staff that works there. We have brought so many animals for help, from ones that got ran over on the street to neighbors in the midst of emergency. With no question asked they are willing to help however they can. They are part of my family and I’m so grateful to be part of theirs. When we had to Let our babies go they let us go out back with the whole family around the tree, and even brought one of our dogs a plate of Thanksgiving food. We are all able to say goodbye outside in an atmosphere of love and dignity with my children and my babies, it made an unbearable situation possible to learn it can be an act of love. I love these guys. I believe they were sent to this earth by God”
