The self-serve car wash was adequate, but the vacuum setup was a mess. The one I tried did not accept cash or credit. The machine to issue tokens uses credit cards only. It was taped up and looked so sketchy that I could not run my card through it. I try to use small independent businesses, but this one is poorly maintained and operated.

Sometimes we are surprised. I come here to wash and vacuum my car a lot- and it’s usually an easy experience.
Today I had an issue with the vacuum. I looked at the phone number on the machine— frankly I almost didn’t call because I assumed it would go to some non working number. At best I could leave a message …
To my pleasant surprise a human answered the phone. And was able to remedy the problem instantly. Nice when cynical expectations are proven wrong.
Thank you!!! It makes a big difference.

Husband went there yesterday he tried using his debt card, but it wouldn’t work, so he used quarters instead. Today it shows that our account was charged $16. He will never use that place again.

My car doesn't fit in the brown bear car wash cuz I have a large storage on top. You can wash your car great for $6 then vacuum for $2 cheapy cheap cheap
