Very. Slow service 50 minutes to cash a single check

After rebuilding this branch, there are no tellers (they removed the counter), and the employees dont seem to know how to do basic tasks efficiently. They cannot help me with basic account questions that go above what the website/app offers, and have turned away two others trying to make a large deposit and open a new account. Several employees are quietly working by themselves in offices, no one is serving customers.

You want to experience bad customer services at first hand go to a Lady Teller called Aline and she is probably the rudest person in the world. God knows who hired her.She belongs to cleaning houses I guess.

Horrible experience at this location… I wanted to open an account for my daughter. My husband and I have an account there for many years. I tried multiple times to call the branch and find out what documents are needed to open a minor account but nobody picked up the phone. Finally, I took my child and went there. Empty branch. The teller took my kid info, SSN and passport ID and informed me that I needed to make an appointment and come back later. The manager was also very unhelpful. I offered to wait around but they insisted I need to come when scheduled. Why did they take the child’s info if they could not provide the service? In today’s competitive environment, do you really send people away when they bring business? With an apparently fully stuffed branch and almost no customers…. I left, tried to call 4 branches around me and I could not reach one single one. I went online and their appointment system is not working…. So, I cannot just walk into a branch, I cannot have anybody answering a call and I cannot schedule an appointment using their online tool! Way to go, Bank of America!! I guess your future is very bright! :(

Literally the worst branch manager you could ever employ. Went into this empty branch with 5 employees on site. Asked to do a wire at 1pm in the afternoon. Manager said “sorry, you need to make an appointment,” while everyone sitting around as and no other patrons on the branch. So basically, I withdrew $250,000 and walked across the street to another bank and gave them my business. Planning on closing all 20 commercial accounts based on how bad this branch and the manager are.Update: Stopped by on 12/30, a Thursday, at 1:00 pm and the lights were off, and branch closed. This is pathetic. How are we supposed to conduct business?Run, don’t walk to another bank.

The moment I walked into this establishment I was profiled. The moment I walked in wanting to speak with the teller, the manager had her eyes on me like a hawk. She walked behind the teller trying to be "secretive" about her spying on me and my situation acting (very badly) pretending to fold papers or whatever she was doing.. ... weird!!! I was told by someone in the Redmond branch, that they would NOT overdraft my account anymore and that my card would simply just get declined instead of going negative. Which, is awesome since this is not my primary bank. That was 8 months ago. And they did exactly what they did to me 10 years ago... they lied to my face. Then at the Sammamish location, first, everyone working there was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Then, they told me there is nothing they could do, first putting the fault on me & then telling me I need to contact the Redmond bank. Which just means they are overly incompetent and don't know what they are doing in the first place. I worked within the financial industry for 7 years and thank God I do not anymore, but with that time that I worked there I think I might know a thing or two. Also, customer service is "SERVICE" ... you know.. serving people not being rude. Go change your profession because you do not know how to talk to people. They told me they do NOT reverse charges... which is a lie. They told me if I close my account I will have to contact the companies that automatically take payments out or else it would re-open the acount... Which is strange because that means they are re-opening accounts without signature cards?.... Hmmm... Wells Fargo much!?!

I really appreciated my customer service experience today with the daytime team and would describe this bank as very friendly and well run! They seem to really have a great location and management team in place here in Sammamish. Thank you again!

Huge lobby area, friendly staff. My only concern is the parking lot is cramped and kind of a risk for fender benders.

Tom and David were the people o was trying to work with and now I'm going with another bank cause it was terrible service and value for time and they don't know what they are doing. Going to Bank of America Redmond is better than Sammamish.
