Shruti is very nice and efficiently resolved my account issues. I had a great experience here.

They don't have "tellers" anymore and put you in a waiting area to sit down and then they can't keep track of who is next. Then you go see a banker in a cubicle. If they remodeled to improve the bank experience, it did not improve my experience. Just made things slower... Also they open at 10am...prefer other banks that open at 9am.

Bank of America is making it very clear that they are OUT of the traditional banking business. They are converting all of their branches to teller less "Financial Centers"! I was greeted my a man who was difficult (for me) to understand. The traditional tellers are GONE! This gentleman was equipped with an iPad that he struggled to use to process my simple transaction! Another lady came to help but quickly left. I was able to complete my transaction. Now, I have to admit that I am a bit of a dinosaur who likes doing things the old way. We will be leaving Bank of America after nearly 40 years. I don't want to buy low interest bearing CD's and the other things they push. Maybe it's me. I'll admit this. There are still banks like Chase who still focus on one on one banking and personal service. No room for old dinosaurs I suppose.

This location has made it very hard for us to access our own safety box. All we were given is a number that does not have a VM and no one responds to

I'd put zero stars if it were possible. I've been trying to close out a safety deposit box for my recently deceased parents. First time there I could access the box, but staff did not have time to allow me to close the account for the box. I drove back up another day when the BofA site said it was open - and the site was closed (mid day during the week). I made an appointment, went to the location and it was closed. Appointment was for 4pm, and at 4:14pm I received a cancellation notice for my appointment after driving there. BofA incompetence is staggering, If they can't manage a branch and appointments - why would anyone expect anything but problems with your hard earned dollars. I am cancelling accounts and for the rest of this life, no BofA. They don't deserve anyone's business.

The bank teller was short with me and was of absolutely no help to me and basically judge me by the way I was dressed and figured that she didn't have to help me because of how I walked into the bank even though I've been a member of this bank for a long time customer service is a joke

I have no issues with the folks who work at the branch. My issue is with the bank it self. It's policies are scams that work on defrauding people. 7 days to clear a Cashier's check? More like 7 days for them to pull interest into their own accounts. There's no reason to hold a Bank to Bank check from Chase for 7 days. What a scam bank.

I have mixed reviews regarding BOA overall service and special services. 1. Recently I happen to get cashier's check and the service from the representative is really excellent. 2. But BOA Special Services like notarized is really not helping the members with their guidelines. I got an appointment for my passport renewal documents to notarized. Once we reached the appointment time we came to know that documents needed special notarized section for BOA to notarized. Very Strange since these documents are standard template and we arent suppose to edit. But other bank especially like Wells Fargo has a excellent solution to this kind of problem. They stamp the section needed on the document and notarized. Wells Fargo helps even they we arent Wells Fargo Customers. Hat's off to Well Fargo. BOA has to learn how to retain the customers and benefit. Banks or public utility are to help the community. I would give five star to wells fargo and zero star to BOA.

Every time I find it necessary to go into this branch, there is only one teller. My time is my time and I find irritating waiting in the agonizingly long line on every visit. Management? Its' hard to believe there is any.

Staff needs more training and access to systems. The waiting time for a wire transfer was 3 days. I ended up going to another branch.

Worst bank of America ever I don't normally take time to write reviews but felt compelled to leave this. Every employee I've dealt with here is completely incompetent and lacks a basic understanding of customer service. Avoid it all costs. I really don't know how someone could screw up such an easy job

Love the personnel at this branch! My relationship manager is such a gem, very professional, offers a wealth of good suggestions on what I should consider doing for maintaining financial health. Monica Passion is her name. All the tellers and the manager are very customer service oriented.

My bank for many years and BofA branch has not changed much in years.. of course, it is clean, comfortable and well maintained space. Parking is easy and ample..
