Bad service I have one experience one time they order 10 gallons of scaffex paint it was bad like bad milk and damage my sprayer pump and they didn’t do anything about it just exchange some the paint and today Saturday 13,I went to exchange a gallon from the same product to advance product because the paint it was making some Cain of reaction so they didn’t the other paint so they make me buy the other product

Love this little shop. Nestled next to Safeway, seems like a hole in the wall. Everyone here is friendly, really know their paint & color! Highly recommend.

The team was great and had a fantastic experience! Ended up buying 2 small pints for some of the colors but they didn't look just right. Over the next two days I worked with the team and they were super helpful. We had a bunch of back and forth trying different combinations, all on the same pint cans for free. We were able to slowly adjust the color till we got exactly what we wanted. It was a fun time and the staff worked with me for over 6 hours as we had pleasant conversations and came up with ideas.Would highly recommend if you need special treatment or want to workshop on colors. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need, not just what they have preformulated.Attached some just some of the purples we worked to dial in.

The service at this store is amazing! My husband has been there 3+ times trying to find the right color purple. The staff there very patiently worked with him and mixed many different versions of purple for him. Even mixing him custom colors for him. I could not recommend them more.

Just called to order some exterior paint. Told the gentleman on the other side of the line the color and quantity. He cuts me off impatiently, saying, "What's the sheen? We have products ranging from $30 to $90 dollars a gallon. I need to know a bit more than that, don't I? Why don't you come into the store and we'll talk."Perhaps he thinks this is regular customer service, but I found it extremely condescending. I will instead go to the Bellevue Mallory store where I know there is a very helpful young lady.

Pattern of rude behavior and poor customer service. Every time I have been to the Sammamish store the person running the store has completely ignored me or the two times that he did engage the person was incredible curt and rude. The second time around he walked away from me mid conversation. I just left what I wanted to buy and walked away. Have had much better service from the Issaquah Gilman store.

My go to paint store. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, plus the paint is really good quality. Unlike the next closest paint store to my house, I have never had to wait very long at all to get assistance.

Will still never understand the hype. $79 per gallon yet still needed 2 coats on a similar color. Which is crazy for that amount. Easily see flashing from spray and backroll lines. Using on trim not very brushable at all on 2nd coats. Paint drags hard & looks horrible. Paining contractor with 25 years experience so i know what I'm doing. Bottom line their products are all about name just to say you used it or snooty people.

I would have given a zero but it wasn’t possible. Myself and another customer were in the shop and the “gentleman” serving was so rude and condescending it was not even true. He did not help one bit. He pointed and that was the best we got!! He then barked at the other customer across the shop floor. We both could not believe this was what is called customer service. I really hope he doesn’t run this branch and no surprise it was empty.

Best service you can get! They try to help you. Last paint store I tried to have match paint said the sample wasn’t large enough. It was 1 in but 1/4 inch. Mallory had no problem matching paint.

It came time to update the paint on my home, and the employees here were a great help on my multiple trips there, being very knowledgeable and offering good information and making good recommendations for me to use on the project.
