I have lived her for almost a year and have been really disappointed with the poor air quality of my apartment. The property manager postures the situation as if it is normal. I have lost all of my confidence in how maintenance and property manager has attempted to diagnose the problem. Having to move out is a huge inconvenience and overwelming.

We recently toured the Boulder Creek apartment complex and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Kimberly, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The complex is impressive, with well-maintained grounds, spacious apartments, and great amenities like a fitness center, pool, and communal spaces.

Dreams do come true for my 90 year old mom celebrating her birthday with friends at the leasing office. A wonderful time was had by all. Big appreciation to the team that keeps my home and neighborhood a delightful space.

I have only lived at Boulder Creek in Sammamish since September of 2023 but have been looking at living here for years! The time finally came this past September and it has been an absolute DREAM!
The Property Management team is kind, helpful and most of all Respond with Urgency to any questions or issues I may have.
About two months in my dishwasher was having some weird issues so I put in a request through the digital Residential Portal for someone to come look at it. They were there the next day, discovered the issue and completely replaced the dishwasher in 30 min with a new one! When does that ever happen in that time frame? My last property took two months to fix my ice maker! NEXT DAY YALL!
The Daily Trash Valet is amazing and so convenient and so are the GIANT community trash and recycling bins which are convenient and hidden so you aren’t looking at trash!
They just installed a fire pit at the pool which I am super excited to get to use this summer right after my gym sessions in the 24 hour gym!
This place has all the luxury without any of the fuss or complications that come with luxury!
I am so proud to call Boulder Creek my home!!

Boulder Creek rivals a resort! The grounds are impeccable. Maintenance is speedy, thorough and friendly. Our townhouse feels like a home with high ceilings, a pantry, marble counters and sleek water fixtures, and roomy walk-in closets. The two car garage seals the deal. Staff is professional, friendly, responsive and invested in their residents and the property. Oh, and it is pet friendly. Thank you Kimberly, Harmia, Nice Maintenance Man and ground keepers!

Greedy and unethical! I am floored by the things I experienced here, and even post move out. Due to their unprofessional and unorganized team, it resulted in being over charged, lied to, and “accidentally” sent to collections! Avoid if possible!! They state they “care and would love to hear feedback” but refused to return multiple of my and my husbands calls for weeks trying to get a fair move out deposit. I know they ignore calls because other people I know have called and they will return promptly. Truly this place needs to be investigated for their practices as I am sure I am not the only one who has experienced this.

Update...I was wrong they let the waterfall fail several months ago and would appear to be abandoning it...this management team and Simpson are the worst...they cant even get emails right...I tried changing my email and now I cant pay my rent online...so I have to pay for a cashiers check every month since they cant figure out their own portal...plus their upkeep of the grounds is horrible...we went almost 2 months before they blew down the leaves...and so many gutters and roofing issues...if you know what's good for you please don't believe a word they tell you...oh and the noise ordinance for the city...they wont enforce...their is people blasting their radios and management says "Well its a delicate situation...you should call the police"??????

They send water checks with unreasonable amounts (we lived in an apartment for a month, and the bill for food was $250; we spent two weeks out of the month and received a bill for 210). When you ask questions, they promise to sort it out, but then they do nothing. At the end of the lease, they generally charged $100 for water, while during the reporting period, we only lived for one day. One day = $100 - are you serious? We, of course, asked a question and disagreed on the final statement, but management sent us a check without our approval. Of course, they kept $100 for water from our deposit.

Beware of their townhomes, which were built with super cheap materials. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Even your neighbors don't slam their doors, you hear big bang noise. As the doors were built to generate super loud noise and vibration. Living there two years gave me high blood pressure. If you don't care about your health, go live in their townhouses.

I have had a great experience living here at Boulder Creek; the current management and maintenance team have updated the community and quickly resolved all my repair issues. I have lived here for over 3 years and combined with the assigned schools all being recently built and local shopping options within minutes and not hours, even during rush hour traffic, it makes life less complicated.

We have lived here now for about 2 months and absolutely love it. We moved to the area from another state and were initially concerned about returning to apartment life after being home owners. It is very peaceful and quiet here, with a friendly community and well-kept grounds. Kimberly worked with us to find our unit and helped make the move-in process completely painless. The office staff are always available and eager to help, and organize regular community get-togethers and events. In addition, management clearly cares about the residents and have been adding more amenities and other improvements. There are nice communal areas and walking paths, and easy access to stores and services in Sammamish and nearby Issaquah. Tons of great hiking trails nearby as well.
