The staff we interacted with was friendly and effective. It was especially great to work with Shweta - by far the most knowledgeable banker I worked with over the years. In multiple interactions, she has very clear explanations, very helpful advice, and demonstrated excellent customer focus and drive for resolution (including a specific case that befuddled other bankers).

I have had lots and lots of personal and business banking relationships in my 30 years of being an entrepreneur and so I know great service when I see and experience it. Shweta Singh is THE very best business banking relationship manager I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I have moved all my other business accounts to Chase because of her!

Overall very satisfied with Chase. Banker Shweta was very helpful with fee associated with my account. I’ve also had notary service done by her a couple times before with no issues.

Don't go to this branch. I have been to this branch 2 times, and being served by the same staff. He seems to be the only one on counter no matter when you came to the branch. He is very rude and impatient. On the first visit, we asked about opening up a kid debit card, he said we need to apply online in a very unfriendly and impatient way. On the 2nd visit, we asked several times to withdraw 1 $50 bill, one bill, he completed the transactions without confirming with us and gave us $150 bills...He said he was confused, but he never confirmed with us and never apologized. On the same visit, we asked to have 2 money orders, he asked us to write the payors' names on the paper, we did. And he gave us back money orders with blank payors, we asked why, he said he thought we wanted checks, and money orders' payors need to be filled by the clients themselves. We never mentioned we wanted checks!!!! We mentioned we wanted money orders so many times!!!!!! There are a long queue behind me, and he is the only staff on the counter so we said nothing and left. Unbelievable experience. We have been Chase customers for years, and have visited other branches before, and being welcomed and served very well. This is definitely worse experience we ever had with Chase

After they sent us back to grab some documents, we were told to just walk in without a need of appointment, but upon arrival, had to wait for two customers coming in later than us who had appointment. Bankers are unprofessional to say the least, with no respect of customers' time. As if that's not enough, when we told them we'd like to complain, we're disdainfully told that both local branches are managed by the same team, implying we'll have no other options. Will move all assets with them to BoA down the street.

Worst customer service ever. The manager makes up her own rules. She refused to cash a cashier's check that was drawn on Chase because of the amount. But Bellevue Chase was happy to cash it.

Zero stars if I could! I went to the branch today and was told other people had an appointment so they couldn't serve me. But I called yesterday and today twice and nobody at the branch mentioned that I should set up an appointment. Totally waste of time! On top of that very rude staff. This branch should be shut down and all these services should be available digitally instead!

Their web page stated this branch should work on Saturday till 1:00 pm. I arrived at 12:40 pm and they were closed!

If I could give no stars, I would . Waited in line for a good 3-4 minutes to make a deposit . No complaint there . I waited my turn and as I neared the counter Arzoo Hazrat , saw my deposit bag [which had a total of 3 checks] and quickly looked around me amd asked if there was any quicker transactions . She gestured to a lady who came in after me and was still filling out her withdrawal form . I was displeased

This review pertains to the JPMC Brokerage and the broker (Jason) at this branch with two distinct negative issues - 1. JPMC is extremely unorganized and I was overcharged on trade commissions and it took 6 weeks to get this corrected one account and I have still not been reimbursed for the 2nd account. They have acknowledged the mistake on their end but don't have an interest in returning my money. Issue #2 - the broker (Jason) make an unauthorized trade on our account and sold more stock than we specified which has caused a negative tax situation for us. He will not return my calls, emails, or messages on this issue. I don't appreciate the poor customer service or execution. Our experience for non-brokerage services from Chase has been good. Otherwise, beware!
