There is no law requiring masks Only ridiculous mandates that hold no actual Authority in Washington State! That said I was refused service because I would not put a Democratic compliance muzzle on my face. They then proceeded to lie about not being able to serve me if I didn't wear a mask which I know is not true because again this is not legally enforceable and anyway. They are selectively choosing not to serve people who dissent from the Democratic party agenda. I've gone to numerous other Chase locations throughout the state and like true Americans they leave the choice up to you the individual. Needless to say I will never be paid training this location again and we'll be telling everyone and I can to take their money elsewhere. Freedom is not conditional!

Weird staff, I visited this bank today afternoon. The lady at the counter kept racially profiling me. She asked me which ethnicity i am from and explaining me how things work in USA. Seriously ? Guys please train your staff how to behave with customers and enforce anti discrimination training. Hope i don’t see this lady again.

Tried to setup a private client acct, but 1) it's not possible to do online, despite COVID. 2) They've closed the nearest branches for over a year. & 3) When calling Pinelake branch, there is no VM/message capacity! It's like the banking giant just doesn't want our business; instead of taking a number & calling you back, they expect you to call again & again to see 'if' an associate is available! Ridiculous! Guess, I'll just go to the local credit union!

Service has never been great. I have 3 business accounts at this branch. I scheduled an appointment online to open a new business account and received a confirmation email of the time. When I arrived, the agent said I was 30 minutes late for my appointment. I showed her my confirmation email from Chase showing the time of my appointment and the agent went back and forth about allowing me to see her during our confirmed appointment time. After 5 minutes of discussion she finally hesitantly agreed to see me during my appointment time but asked me to wait for another 5 minutes in the lobby so she could return her voicemails. Very unprofessional and not service forward. Decided to open the account at Wells Fargo across the street.

Terrible service. Had a simple problem and they could not help and had no manager or even assistant manager in the branch to assist me. Every time this branch gets someone helpful they Lise them.

For over 9 months, I’ve been unable to get any assistance in adding my partner to my bank account other than “you have to go in person but we can’t tell you where” from the customer service phone line. (We’ve been in Seattle where Chase has either temporarily closed locations due to covid or won’t offer appointments for bank account needs.) We walked in to this location last week hoping to get some help, as well as make a sort of complicated deposit. Lowie, Mary, and Jennifer were all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They made sure they took care of everything, even as they were closing for the day. We really appreciate it.

the woman at the drive-thru banking area was very kind and helpful. Shame their ATM will sometimes not accept cash deposits, though.

One star because the lady was very nice to me two weeks ago. She took her time and even added the money in a envelope and asked me if there was anything else I needed. I came today around 3:50 and it was another story. The woman was short in her answers. I could hardly understand her. She did not even offered to put my cash in the envelope and showed me where they were. When I told her how I wanted my cash she interrupted me and gave me a paper to write my simple request. ( I think her conversational skills are intermediate level and can't understand. I am not sure). When I was done, I asked if there are any available boxes. She interrupted me and told me I don't know , maybe not. Unbelievable this person. I asked her if I could add my name in the waiting list she told they don't have one. I told her the one on 8th St has one and she told me all branches are different. I told her" Whatever" and left. She was rude and her behavior totally unacceptable. What I do not understand is that we are paying for a service and I did not get good service today. I got the type of service that you get in a McDonalds. This person should not be working in this type of setting. I wonder if I would have been treated differently if I were Caucasian. Bleh!

If I could give it no star I would. Ever since they changed from Washington Mutual this bank has been horrible. They charge $8 to cash a check if you aren't a current customer even if the check is from them. Ridiculous and they are funders of the pipeline.
