The haircut was rushed — no proper wash, just a quick spray of water before cutting. The stylist seemed impatient and didn’t really listen to what I wanted. This place is more suited for quick, budget haircuts — not ideal for anyone who cares about their appearance or wants a more polished look.

I have been coming to this salon for years without any issue but this Sunday, April 27, 2025, my hair stylist, Addy, just destroyed my hair. After 3 times asked her to fix the uneven hair she was not able to do it.

This place is horrible. Staff is not all friendly and don’t understand what we say. As she cannot understand what Iam looking for my hair, she simply said she cannot fix or do any and sent me back . They talk very rude. I took my kids for first time we had very bad experience but again I thought I would give a try for myself but same repeats. Please someone change fix the staff.

You know how getting a hair cut at a new place can be a little scary? I dropped into the Sammamish Great Clips about 3 months ago and got awesome service; so I tried them again. This time I checked in online then drove over (~10 mins) and I received great service again, as well as the exact hair cut that I requested. I would recommend this location.

I have been coming here on and off because it is close by. But I finally decided after today’s service to absolutely avoid this location going forward. Not all but Quite a few ladies who work here seem very disgruntled and disinterested in providing even a semblance of customer service. Often they are plain rude. At $26 for a simple Men’s haircut you really have to ask yourself if the convenience of location is worth the lousy customer experience. For $40 you can get a much better customer experience at other saloons.

This place never failed to surprise me with the horrible attitude and service they offer. Living across the street and gave many tried over years and every ok experience has an opposite of many horrible one. Yesterday I went with my 4 years old asking for a basic cut around his hair to take half length and a bit shorter from the sides. The dresser worked for few minutes and left the boy without any trimming from sides or back!! I asked her nicely to trim the sides!! As if I should do. She yelled angry that I can’t change my words!! Claiming that I said to not trim the sides!!! I never saw on my life a hair cut that do top and leave sides!! Nicely explained again that she misheard me and again got her bad attitude. I didn’t want the boy to panic and got scared she may hurt him so just left and trimmed his hair myself at home. I also left the dresser some tips as a punishment for myself for keep coming back to that horrible service.

Natalle did a very nice haircut for my kid and the way i wanted his haircut.
And she made sure that my kid is comfortable and not getting impatient.

Went there twice and experience depends on the stylist.
First time I got my cut from Sarah and she was awesome. Gave me a great hair cut. 5 star to her.
The 2nd time got a haircut from an older Asian women (didn’t get her name) who had trouble following instructions and was getting irritated easily. Messed up my and my kids hair. 1 star to this person.
Would stick to Sarah
