Key bank looks like Don't have appetite. OR may be not professional staff. Don't waste time for loan here.

Aydin was professional, friendly and patient with me . I had difficulty with my checking account and he handled it quickly. Highly recommend this branch. Easy garage parking and convenient Ballard location.

I can use the ATM for free at 7-11's but their machine was down for the weekend so I decided to go next door and use the Key Bank ATM. I knew there would be a non-member fee but was shocked to see a $4 charge. I needed money right away and was sporting a bad leg so I bit the bullet and paid the fee but I will tell anyone and everyone I know to stay away from this Bank. I noticed a ton of bad reviews for them and I seriously hope this bank goes out of business.

Worst help ever would not cash a check from Key Bank unless you open a bank account with them. I would advise to stay away and use another bank. While in line i over heard they were charging a customer for no reason and said she had to jump though hoops to get the money back. Brian has no idea how to take care of a client, I will tell everyone to stay away from this horrible place. Run to another bank do not back here!!!!!!

Worst bank I have ever been a part of. Customer service is horrible. I applied for a HELOC and it took 3 months to finalize. I set up time to finalize and sign all the paperwork and the banker forgot about us, making us wait for 20 minutes before seeing us, when we had agreed on a time to see him. I am dumbfounded at how this bank, let alone this branch, exists. If it weren't for their low interest rates, I would have gone elsewhere.

If it was possible to give negative stars, I certainly would here. I had a concern about my account and went into this branch to speak to someone about it. I was directed to a personal banker. He was condescending, asked questions about my personal situation that frankly were none of his business, lectured me and his ultimate recommendation was for me to deposit my paychecks to a different bank. (I had mentioned I use a different financial institution for other banking needs) I was horrified at how he had approached the situation and had to leave with my concern unresolved. Probably needless to say I will be moving my money to the other financial institution. I will not recommend KeyBank after this horrifying experience.

This one brach can't seem to do anything right. I have several stories that are just too long to write. Save yourself the hassle and go to the other Key banks. This one is just a hangout for guys who want to play games on their computer and who really could care less what happens to your money.

The best part about this Key Bank is the drive-thru ATM in the garage. It is accessible from Market Street. There is also plenty of parking in the garage so you don't have to drive around looking for street parking.

It was Friday morning and me and my wife really needed to get a Wire out to a brokerage firm by the afternoon, so we both left work early. She left bellevue and I'm coming from lynnwood. We went to Key Bank in Ballard and were there by 11am so we can be sure it happens the same day. That was the most important part. Everyone there was friendly, a gentleman who we believe is the manager was assisting us with a important wire transfer. He assured us it will be sent out and even gave us a confirmation number. By 5pm I checked my brokerage account and the money was not wired in yet, which is odd I do a lot of wires and usually it is in by the afternoon. So I called Key Bank in ballard and a gentleman picked up the phone, I told him my name and he seemed to know who I was right away when I mentioned wire to him and told me no worries he authorized the wire early afternoon and it should be at my brokerage. The next day, which was Saturday I called Key-2-you banking and they told me nothing had been wired from my account yet. I was not happy at all so I called the ballard branch the same manager that helped me with the wire answered and told me it is being processed do you want us to call the brokerage firm and tell them it's on it's way. I kept asking what happened, why did the transfer not happen. Could not even get an answer from the manager not even an apology. It is obvious somewhere along the process the ball got dropped. But no one is telling me why it did not happened. A simple apology would have solve this whole problem, but yet they are playing like it's the normal process. This is not my first wire transfer. Going forward Key Bank of Ballard please just be upfront with your customers if a mistake has happened be upfront about it. I look like an idiot when I'm calling me brokerage firm and telling them you guys have sent the wire and they should have it. And the whole time you know that it has not left yet. This is Key Bank, please don't do that to your customers, I've been with you 20 plus years. I'm not even the type to ever write reviews so you could imagine how I feel to write a long one like this.

Convenient location, free street parking right outside its doors, friendly and helpful tellers, what more can you really ask for in a bank? I also like how they have gone paperless in regards to receipts, filling out deposit slips, and other things. They have user friendly mini computers at every tellers station that you can sign and approve whatever action you and the teller are completing. Also, I had to call Key Bank earlier today to get some answers questioned and they were very professional and helpful on the phone as well. Would highly recommend them overall!

Let me start off by saying Banks are out to get your money. They are not warm and fuzzy like the adds would lead you to believe. So what I want from a bank is to be clear about the rules and take care of my money for a small fee. Key bank Ballard does that and has GREAT tellers for when I need to talk to a human.

The people at this bank are super friendly and more than willing to assist you! My transactions are completed in record time, every time! It seriously takes me longer to pull out my wallet from my purse than it does to interact with the teller. In an effort to be green, this bank has done away with filling out withdrawl slips or deposit slips... I love that! Not only does it help save trees, but it also helps shave some time off my visit. While there is a free parking garage for patrons, there is always parking out front on the curb!
