Apparently this business cannot handle Amazon returns due to their inability to process QR codes. What century are we in? Every other Local mail processing business has no problem with Amazon returns. Maybe don't bother going here, as they don't seem to want to make the investment to bring themselves current and relevant.

Very cool people. I used to have a mailbox there and inadvertently had an online shopping package delivered to that address. They held it for me and kept an eye out for the 2nd half of the shipment due to arrive a couple days later. Thanks!!

Amazing photo prints! worth every dollar! I’ve been looking for such high quality for a while and I’ll happy I found them. Been using their printing service for over a year now and am not going to switch. Moreover, I usually print photos from iPhone and they always turn out to be great

I faced strange behavior from an employee yesterday which was in contrast to my previous experiences which were very polite and customer friendly. I used their service to mail an important doc on 12/3/22. I walked in around 3:55 PM on that day just before their closing. They mailed the doc on 12/5/22. For some reason, the mail landed in my mailbox instead of the intended recipient. I went in yesterday to see what happened and how can we avoid such things in the future. The employee simply denied their involvement in any way in spite of me showing the receipt and giving specifics of the situation. I have been using their services for years with no qualms whatsoever but I felt very disrespectful about the way I was treated when I am trying to give them feedback on what can be done better. We all can be better as long as we are willing to!

Oh my gosh!! Shy and Selah were AMAZING!!! I had a huge work order (18 UPS boxes that were large) to drop off and they were so helpful and kind- they didn’t make me feel like a burden at all. Love this place, I go here several times a month! thank you again!!
