I have experience hard time to complete my payment online, then Mark see my online reservation and call-in to check to see if I need help. Finally I successfully complete my rental process in store. Mark is such a wonderful person! He is patient, kind, and explains everything so clearly that it’s easy to understand. I’m really glad I had the chance to meet him and truly appreciate his help.
