The store is very empty. I had wanted a specific kind of mascara that I had bought there beforerne but it was unavailable. I also wanted to get a fingernail file...not available. Fingernail polish? Hardly any. This seems unreasonable as this store is not one of the WA stores slated to close

I purchased few days ago 2 Revlon products. But due to some reason I want to return the both products. Products are completely pack and unopened. But purchasing time I didn't took the receipt. When I visited to sammamish store 2 ladies were there. Noone greeted or welcomed to us. Not even they had Name tag on uniform. I requested to the lady named LORNA (what she told me later on asking), to help me in returning the product. She was so rude and arrogant. She said she doesn't want to return as I don't have receipts. I said me and my husband just enter infront of u. And I lost my receipts. I want to return bcoz I found the similar products on cheaper price at ROSS. I told her that I also worked as ASM here at same store and I never behaved like this with any customers. She should know first how to talk in customer service. Then I went to pharmacy so I can check if cashier can help me as there was no patients line. I asked to Cashier SITA to help me in return the products. But she refused me by saying that she doesn't know how to return the product. I want to mention that she is working at the store more than 3 or 4 years. And I am surprised that as a supervisor still she doesn't know how to return the product. There was no other patient customer at the pharmacy window that time. Sita and pharmacist Lawm were only there and they refused me by saying that we had a long day here and it's not our job to return the products. I was surprised that how they were behaving just bcoz they had a long day. They are getting paid by company for each single minute. Very very bad experience. Specially LORNA , who said that go and complain, I don't care about management. She should not work in customer service. Other Chinese girl was laughing there , I think some new hiring. I would like to request to RM and HR that they should talk to these types of employees. Thanks.

You guys need to give these people a raise or something I call in the morning and then the afternoon and am on hold for 10+ mins. That’s is ridiculous. Puts me on hold without me getting a word in. I’ve been waiting for a response to my prior authorization for 2 weeks now with no communication. Why tell me you sent the info to my doctor and my doctor tells me they don’t get it and each time I call they say they are going to send to my doctor but it never gets there. Wtf. If I had a progressive disease or terrible mental health I would’ve offed myself by now with this much lack of awareness and communication.

Pharmacies are overworked and understaffed as of late. This location has very nice staff and we generally get our medications in a timely manner. The app is definitely helpful in facilitating refills and notifying when meds are ready.

This place is horrible I just got here and I’m still waiting and waiting sucks because my family needs these medications to make it. What a joke. Pharmacy’s need to figure this out.

The managers here are sport card collectors so they either backdoor all the good products or take it all so everyday people do not have a chance at buying anything decent in the store.

One time I picked up my testosterone prescription and the pharmacist didn't allow me to use my GoodRX coupon for it, when I've been using that coupon for it every time. Thought maybe the laws have changed or something, but nope, it was just that one time I was denied. I still use my coupon there now and I haven't been denied since.
Lmao, just, why? Like, good job, you took 40 extra dollars from a trans person. After you got done with your little power trip, I still took it home and injected it into my body. What was the point ?

Awful service. Most of times I had to wait in long lines moving too slowly to pick up a prescription.

Not bad; most of the staff is chill and will work with you on things like GoodRX and other issues. They make the occasional mistake; but that's mostly new hires that pick it up fairly quickly. The one thing I'd mention is one of the newer pharmacists (the people in actual lab coats) is terrible; super rude and makes me feel like I'm "drug seeking" (lol). I just try to avoid her working hours; the other ones are all solid.
