I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews. We moved to the Sammamish area 8 months ago, and this has been the best pharmacy we’ve used—hands down—compared to four others we tried. The team is always helpful and welcoming, gets our prescriptions ready quickly, and takes the time to answer all my questions. They’ve even offered to call my doctor, clinic, or insurance to get things sorted without delay.
We also love the mobile app—it’s easy to use and makes ordering medications simple. Thank you to the entire team for doing such a great job. No one asked me to write this review—I’m doing it because you truly deserve the recognition.

The pharmacy tech or front desk girl named Anushka (spelling?) was displaying very bizarre and unprofessional behavior in front of us and several other customers. She was very loud and asking people‘s private information in front of them very loudly, yelling across the waiting room at other customers.
She also was asking people‘s relationships to each other about who is picking up their prescription. My husband was picking up my prescription, and she was asking questions that we’ve never been asked before in a very loud manner. She also asked “if there were any other disorders or allergies on file other than ———-”, which she loudly announced in front of several other customers. I am a registered nurse, and I am well aware that she was breaking HIPAA. The type of questions she was asking are not necessary when picking up a prescription from a pharmacy. She was incredibly inappropriate, asking personal questions, very loudly, breaking HIPPAA with not only me, but also other customers.
This person should not be working in any sort of healthcare type job.

I have unfortunately used this pharmacy in the past and I didn't realize how bad it was til I set up a different pharmacy through Safeway while I'm in college. They have no bedside manner, are very inconsistent, and don't listen fully to what you say. I just had to transfer one of my prescription medications back to my other pharmacy and I was told it was my problem and that I will have to call them. Even though I know very well they have the ability to send prescriptions to other Safeway pharmacies in the state. Very lazy behavior and disappointed yet again and really hoping to not have to use them in the future.

I have had great service at this pharmacy. I find the pharmacists professional and kind. They have always had my medications ready for pickup when promised even if they seem very busy.

It’s really unfortunate that this is the closest pharmacy to me, because every experience I’ve had here has been negative. The staff are consistently rude—every single time. I don’t understand why basic kindness is so difficult. The tone is often condescending and passive-aggressive, especially when asking or answering simple questions. And this isn’t just about one person—it’s been the same issue with at least three different staff members.
I understand that pharmacy work can be demanding; I work in a hospital myself and interact with pharmacists regularly. Even under pressure, it doesn’t take much effort to be respectful and professional.
I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy moving forward, which is disappointing only because of how conveniently located this one is. But after never once having a positive interaction—whether over the phone or in person—it’s just not worth it anymore.
If you want to be treated like a decent human being, go to another pharmacy.

Always slow. It takes 2 days minimum to fill any prescription as they are always out of stock. They also don’t tell you, because their communication is at an all time low.
My prescription was sent in yesterday and I didn’t hear a thing. So I called this morning and was told my prescription was in stock and would be ready in about an hour. The lady flagged it as urgent as I’m in a great deal of pain. Well I didn’t hear anything for four hours so I called again. Just to be told my prescription is out of stock and they MIGHT have it by tomorrow.
Had they have told me yesterday when the prescription was sent in that they didn’t have it, I could’ve called my doctor to send it to a different pharmacy. Now here I am an hour before the pharmacy closes, having to wait another day to get medication that is supposed to be treating my current illness. Two days is too long for acute distress.
I recommend going to this pharmacy if you are not concerned about the status of your prescription and if you have all the free time in the world to wait.

I had a terrible experience with Lee behind the pharmacy counter. He was immensely rude and dismissive, making me feel like a burden. I've never been treated so poorly by any customer service before. His behavior was unacceptable. Definitely worth going somewhere else, even if it's farther away.

My physician called in a prescription at noon, and it wasn’t ready prior to close at 6pm. They always seem really behind.

One of the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. All the pharmacist‘s are unprofessional and they do not know what they are accountable for. They dont know their responsibilities. They just enjoy talking to each other instead of serving the customers. They do not keep most of the medicines in stock and keep customers waiting for it without any communication. They kept me waiting for 4 hours and finally said the medicine is out of stock. Better buy from Bartell drugs which is next to it. Dont come here and get frustrated.
