I went for hair color and they 1) quoted me 95 on the phone and charged me 160. I understand some is subject to thickness and length but my hair was a bit longer than shoulder and not that thick 2) I had questions and the stylist just could not communicate clearly. After 20 mins of me telling her that the color she had chosen was too dark, she still used it and my hair turned out way too dark 3) while I was waiting for the color, she started working on another client leaving the color for too long in my hair until I got upset and a different stylist washed my hair. Then she dried my hair while the other client waited. My hair was unevenly curled at the end. I will not be going back here.

Hair appointments with Bethanie - something you have to experience
Your hair and you won’t want to have any other stylist for life.
The moment you walk into the salon she welcomes you with a bright smile and you feel like you’re in the right hands. No matter what you get done she takes time to explain what you are going to do. She asks you about your wishes and plans but also tells you with expertise if something is going to be better for your hair type or plan. No matter how many questions come up she patiently explains everything into detail. She does a very good job giving head maddages, making time passs due to being an amazing listener and engaging in conversations. The best comes last and that’s her blow outs ! She’s really a pro at what she’s doing.
So if you’re looking for a young and super talented hair stylist you should always count on Bethanie ! She’s the right choice!

Coco did my cut for the first time. Best hair cut I’ve ever got! She’s very kind and couldn’t believe she is a junior stylist. Highly recommend her for your next trip here.

I came in for a light trim on my sides. I had long hair that I've was growing for a year. I've lost at leady 6 months of progress. I had to explain several times exactly what I wanted, and they still butchered it. I trust someone close to me that this was the place I was looking for, but I advise you to stay away. If you'll miss your hair when it's gone, don't go here.

This location has classy prices but not classy customer service. They bumped the appt I made 4 days ago to do a walk-in person rendering more money than my appt would have. I’m looking for a new stylist.

UPDATED:
STAY AWAY! Stopped in to get a haircut while in town visiting family. I’ve had my hair cut dry for over 10 years due to uneven waves and cowlicks. I asked the stylist (Dina) if she could cut it dry and she argued with me and gave so much push back and made me feel stupid and uncomfortable for even asking. She eventually did it and rushed the whole haircut. I got layers on one side of my face and the back of my head and she didn’t cut ANY layers on the other side of my face. So now I have to figure out how to touch that up myself - and then I went to pay and was charged $80 for a simple rushed haircut. Are you kidding me? What a rip off. A cheap sports clips haircut would have been better. This was a massive disappointment and a huge waste of money.
***I think it’s important to leave my initial review as it stands for a warning to others. However, I do want to add to the review (this is of my own accord, I was not asked to do this) to let everyone know about the exceptional customer service I received from the owner. Shortly after I posted my review, she reached out to me and apologized, expressed that my experience is not how she wishes for her business to be run, and she refunded my full payment to my card. The stylist was a bad experience, but the owner went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

I scheduled the appointment, i called before the appointment just to confirm my appointment. Due to my misunderstanding it was half hour early. I mentioned very clearly before leaving my house that do you want me to reschedule or i can come 20 mins late. The receptionist mentioned no worries come. In 20 mins i was right outside their business and then they gave me a call to reschedule. If they would have clearly told me to reschedule then n the first place i would have done that.

Scheduled last minute appointment with Kathy and I am really very happy with the result.
She was a bit rude at first.She asked me how much length I want and just cut off around 4 inches before even finalizing the style. I was very skeptical the way she was answering my questions but trust me she knows what she is doing. Also showing the picture from the previous haircut helped.
I would visit again.
