Absolutely worst customer service! Waited almost 45 minutes without anyone… no greeting as well

Service is horrific. Tried to return a device in the store. T mobile advised that I could return by mail or in any location. After being ignored for several minutes, I said I needed to return devices. They said no. System was down. What??? I said that they needed to figure out how to help me because I was there to return my phones. Email link they gave me to print return receipts didn't work either. So after refusing to leave, they managed to get a box and print the return label . So...they could help after all. When I said their service was terrible because I should t have had to get mad to get help, another useless salesperson stepped in to say I was causing a scene. I was not. I was expressing my opinion as a customer. I was not raising my voice. I was matter of fact and was not going to be publicly shamed. Shame on you for how you treat customers. You'll take my money and treat me like this?? Not ok.

Do not do business w TMobile. My mother passed away, and to close out the account I spoke with them to get a final bill. This seemed to be a big challenge for them, but I did get one. I paid with paper check, but continued to get billed. I called several times and each time they said to not to worry about it, and they'd take care of it. It finally went to collections. TMobile is awful. People die everyday. They should have a better process in place for deceased persons. Now, getting same run around from collections.

My mom had issues with a promotion applying to her account. Be very careful when seeing if a promotion will apply. The promotion people are a different group than the people selling to you in stores and you may have to go through some trouble to actually get the promotion. We had a difficult time getting our promotion but it appears to be solved.

After struggling with multiple attempts and hours spent trying to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile over the Phone, we were able to complete the change with the much appreciated help from Dante and Karl at this T-Mobile location. We are literally T-Mobile customers because of the extra effort and service shown to us by these two gentlemen, who went above and beyond to get us squared away and fully setup with T-Mobile service and new devices. Thank you!

Not only did I learn that they have an extremely anti customer return policy, but they over charge you almost double compared to what is online. I was unable to return a $50 screen protector to the Sammamish location because they were displeased with how the packaging was ripped, I overheard the associate talking to his manager on the phone and his manager telling him I could not return it. I understand it is not the associates fault, but I feel like I was scammed by their policy. I've been a long-time customer of T-Mobile for over a decade, this is the last time I will ever shop at any of their in-person retail locations. Not in this economy. I hate to say it, but the Amazon route would have been better in this scenario. I know better now unfortunately. Be warned, tmo retail stores are a scam.

I had a great experience with my associate Taylor. I had no idea what I was doing, and she explained everything and helped me with the purchase of my new phone. If you need anything, Taylor is your girl. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient.

Taylor was the most helpful person I have ever worked with at this location. She was very helpful getting us set up with new service. She was super patient with me and incredibly kind. If you need to go to T-Mobile make sure to ask for Taylor, she’s amazing!

Thanks so much to Dante, Karl, Thomas, and Taylor for helping us switch over to T-Mobile. It was a bit of an ordeal to get us switched over from our previous carrier and they helped a lot! We also witnessed the employees interact with a bunch of people, and they were all very patient and helpful. Highly recommend this store and T-Mobile!

It was a bad experience. When I visited the store a young lady told me she was finishing with a client. I waited and waited but the lady never came. I needed to get 2 phones (still do). Please don't get me wrong. Maybe she was tired, I don't know.But still have a good opinion about your company.

Pretty pathetic store. Not an actual T-Mobile and despite being directed to go here by T-mobile to process a warranty exchange, I was basically told to leave because processing the return was “too much of a hassle”. Love T-mobile but this store is pretty bad.

Very poor customer service. I went in to inquire about purchasing an Apple Watch . Which I was pretty set on buying at the beginning. Both employees looked at me as if I was the first person in the universe to ever ask information about a watch. Seemed annoyed that I was even there actually. I asked to see what colors they had and the immediate response was to tell me they cant take them out of the box to show me. How do you expect someone to make a $600 purchase without even seeing what the product looks like??. At the time there were 2 employees in the store . One was a very new employee who was trying to help I guess, while the more experienced employee just stood back talking to a friend , didn’t even offer to help the new employee. Anyway after 30 min of just trying to find out how much it would cost I decided not to purchase (decision completely made because of the lack of common sense and customer service ) after leaving, we discovered a line had been added to my account for a watch I didn’t even buy! Had to call customer service to get it taken off. It was just all around an extremely disappointing experience and the store lost a sale because of my experience.
