“Booked a cargo van here and picked up before hour using the instructions they provided on their website. It went well. Only the part of opening the key box was a little glitchy. Maybe they need to lubricant the lock a little more. But other than that, it was a good experience. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. I don’t understand why there were so many negative reviews. This is a convenient location to our home. We have rented truck here twice. Will still be our go to place for truck needs.”

“I’ve had two very different experiences with U-Haul pick-up locations. At Redmond Ridge Self Storage, store manager Alexcia was phenomenal—so helpful and kind. Moving is always stressful, but having someone like her truly brightens the day and makes everything so much easier. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. In contrast, my experience at Red Way Self Storage was the complete opposite. The staff member there was unhelpful, rude, and dismissed my questions by saying he didn’t even work for U-Haul. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to use U-Haul for my interstate move, but I’m reconsidering just because of Alexcia at Redmond Ridge!”

“It's amazing how much a good interaction at a store can make your day better. The two people running the desk at this U-Haul, Brittany and Jeremiah, made the entire experience chill and enjoyable. From the moment I called to reserve a truck, to renting it, and then returning it, I got a glint of excitement to talk with that crew again. I have been forced to move alot as of late and the experience is never a good time, but I actually didn't dread every second of it, thanks to them. If you have to move in or around the Renton, WA area, I don't think you could find a better pair to talk with and get a truck from.Not only was the business interaction great, but I can tell that Brittany and Jeremiah are genuinely good people. “They were very helpful when my 15’ U-haul got stolen from my apartment garage the front desk lady was very nice and when u-haul sent me a 1000$ bill for damages after the truck was recovered her and her manager were very helpful and actually gave me a full refund for everything. Would recommend”

“I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with. I have been very happy with the service I have received being a prior client and using their establishment also to rent U-Haul trucks from time to time.
