Kind, communicative, and accommodating staff. My Frenchie was recently spayed and had nares surgery, they were amazing. It’s been three weeks and my pup is feeling better than ever

Where to start?! Previous 4 star rating has now slid to 1. Only 1 (very good) doctor on staff who is likely overworked. Limited hours. Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Never pick up the phone. VCA "by our playbook" customer service. Some staff with little/NO empathy and NO proactive accommodation when client expresses concern about their pet's health. Seem more concerned about their own personal workhours versus accommodating a 30+ year client. Always overcharged on meds (send Rx to Safeway or Costco!) and outside lab fees (you're stuck here with whatever VCA wants to charge). Final straw...(Their choice): #1. Please let me wait and talk to the doctor for 2 minutes (rather than tech reading/regurgitating notes on file) or #2. I walk out the waiting room door with My dog and never come back. Tech starts reading notes again & shrugs her shoulders... indicating she could care less. Dr. Jerry Bishop (Founder of All Critters, who sold his practice to "VCA") would be aghast.

They take care of my boys as kindly as possible. They offer a good health plan at a good rate. Really, nothing more needs to be said. I'm satisfied.

We are very grateful for the staff here from reception, to assistants to the vet. When our sweet dog passed away suddenly through the night, they took care of the details, explaining everything to us and were empathetic. We were fairly new clients, but have been so thankful for the caring service we received!

I am very grateful for the staff here. My dog, Millie is a very reactive and high anxiety rescue pup. At previous vets we were required to give her sedatives and muzzle her. Vet techs (Lisa!) went out of there way to do happy visits with Millie to get to know her before her wellness visit, then, for the visit itself, her and Dr. Adam’s came outside, sat in the parking lot and did the exam there because Millie was not able/ willing to go inside yet. No muzzle and no trazadone needed, they even got to look at here teeth which our previous vet never did. They did her vaccines while feeding her cheese and Lisa has even gotten a few kisses from Millie, so she is officially in the club ;) I so greatly appreciate the accommodations for dogs like my Millie girl, it makes vet visits so much less traumatic for all of us :)

We just had our exam done for our husky and the staff was so attentive and welcoming it was almost felt too good to be true. They were extremely accommodating, kind to our excited husky, provided us with the supplies we needed to care for her to prep her for her next visit, and gave us a little goodie bag for her :) thank you VCA all critters for a wonderful experience.

We took our dog to VCA All Critters Animal Hospital for years. On a recent visit for another ailment it was identified that she had developed a splenic mass. After the initial X-ray with them, and directions from them to get an ultrasound elsewhere to explore the mass further, the doctor assured us they would help us get into emergency surgery somewhere due to the critical nature & urgency of the issue and month long waits for appointments at surgery centers (requiring general vet referral to help land an appointment sooner). The facility that did the ultrasound sent the report to our vet and told us we should follow up with them to discuss the results and decide on a treatment plan. We called VCA All Critters several times to get a summary of the ultrasound results, since we don’t speak medical terminology, and try to understand the next steps for treating our dog. It was at this point that, quite simply, Dr. Adams never returned our phone calls. After we called the facility 3-4 times over a couple days asking to speak to her, and were continually blown off by the staff, only being told that "she has the ultrasound results in her email and will call you when she can," we gave up, took the ultrasound report ourselves and cold called other vets due to the serious nature and potential life threatening situation. The first 3 vets we called all immediately took 10 minutes out of their day to read the ultrasound report and make a treatment suggestion, despite us not even being a patient. At that point we made the decision to move care for our dog completely to another vet who actually helped us and showed compassion for the situation we were in.Our appointment was a month and half ago and we still haven’t even received a single phone call from the doctor or the staff checking on our dog, who has recently passed away. Essentially VCA All Critters gave us the diagnosis of the splenic mass, wrote our dog off and dropped us after years of being a patient there.I highly suggest that you find somewhere else that actually cares for your pet, not just provides a service. It might seem fine for routine care but this company, this vet, and this staff showed their true colors when it came time for something more serious.

I have only been going here for about 2 months but have been in the office probably 5 times. I am really really happy with them so far. I had dental work done on my cat today. It was the first experience I’ve had with my pets where they went under and Were sent home while not being wobbly / unsafe. They had two people in the operating room so he was never left alone and they followed all proper protocols like keeping the eyes lubricated, etc. Outside of that, they take their time answering questions and do so thoughtfully. Their availability is great if there is something that needs urgent addressing. Overall I am extremely pleased and grateful for the people who have provided support and care thus far. They are one of the best Vetinarian offices I have ever worked with and I highly recommend them for pet care.

We got a new puppy from the humane society and she's happened to have kennel cough and several rounds of giardia over the first five weeks. I feel so lucky that we found VCA and even luckier that they are super close.Literally every person we've interacted with at this VCA location has been incredible. The staff are friendly, organized, and proactive and our dog is in LOVE with the vets and techs. As both busy humans and concerned puppy parents, we couldn't be happier. If I had to summarize the entire experience in a word: caring. We opted for their annual plan and have also found the 24 hour chat to be helpful on several occasions. The chat may be less required for experienced dog owners who know the answers to basic "what do I do if..." type questions.

My two little dogs had an exam/blood work done before their future teeth cleaning today (April 16th 2022). The staff was exceptional and so sweet towards them. They genuinely wanted to help them and when we left they gave us two bags that have things like treats, leashes and dog bags inside since it was their first visit. We will be switching over to this vet office for sure.

My experience has been very positive with bringing both my cats and dog to this vet and working through some trying illnesses. They have been very supportive and educational.

I have a very sweet but anxious little one. She does beautifully with their staff...shots, rays and nail; normally she cries. Not one peep out of her - in and out with no drama!! I have found her forever vet.
