To any Doordashers out there, do not shop or accept orders with this location. On mothers day I accepted an order to pick up some flowers from this location and the lady who worked there accused me of being a scammer. She proceeded to go on a rant for 5 minutes about how I was a scammer and how they keep getting people like us wanting to do a pick-up. She said they were instructed by higher management that anybody that says they are with Doordash was a scammer and not to do business with them. First off, if you keep getting different people coming to your store for flower pickups claiming to be with a service you work within an official capacity, then maybe there is an issue with the ordering system. To think that a bunch of unconnected people are trying to scam you the exact same way is really moronic. Secondly, DON'T YOU DARE EVER ACCUSE -ANYBODY- OF BEING A SCAMMER. Seriously, I was just trying to do my job and you treated me like a pile of trash. This is one of the most unprofessional things a company can do. It should be very alarming too that this is a memo coming from higher-ups. Lastly, it was not just the one lady. While she was ranting about how horrible we Dashers were, other employees just stood around not saying anything. I have never seen a more hostile work environment.

Came yesterday around 5 PM and one of the cashier male( blond short hair) had his mask under his nose. Hmmmmmm, isn't his a King county mandate. I mean we should all be in this together isn't?

I have been in the store several times, and people are not wearing masks. One was a cashier. The other day I asked an employee to ask someone to wear a mask and I was ignored. I asked the man at the customer service desk and he told me that they can ask, but not insist that someone wear a mask. Have they hear about the King County mask mandate? I guess not. I won't be shopping here for a long while.

I was here twice this holiday weekend and I was so happy this Safeway was open. I was mostly in for the Starbucks, but also walked through the store to find vegan eggnog. Although they did not have what I was looking for, the store was very clean and seemed well stocked. I ended up picking up some ice and scored a great deal!

We appreciate our local Sammamish Safeway. It's clean (especially during COVID), well laid out, and the staff is friendly. They always have what we need.

Grew up next to this Safeway and I've never been let down. They have the freshest organic produce around. Just look at those radishes! They tasted great just cut in half and a pinch of salt and they're ready to enjoy. Love shopping here and also they have the GTs lemon berry kombucha stocked (some don't) so that's an added plus as well.

This place totally sucks. Incompetent staff. Managers are useless. They've take. Our coffee grinding machine but only sell a few pre ground coffees. Terrible service especially at deli counter. 6 people working and no one comes to assist a customer Waited Waited and waited. A few looked up and saw I was here but quickly looked away.. so strange! Hopefully a manager is looking at reviews as it looks like this stores reviews are troublesome

Let me start off by saying this review just pertains to their bakery and not this particular store as a whole. I am literally so frustrated after this experience, I will not be using their baking service ever again. After a really difficult conversation on the phone, (literally asked so many questions, practically needed the exact circumference of the cake) and then not being able to do anything I asked for (like rainbow writing, I'm no baker but how hard can that be) they handed me this... the name was correctly spelled on the order form so I'm not sure if this mistake was out of spite, laziness or ignorance, but needless to say my boyfriends name is not PAKER. When I called them to complain, she asked me if I was still there (which no my sister picked up, and if I was there why would I be calling) because they could've fixed it or given a discount... I'm not sure when it was made but I'm wondering how long a cake can sit and wait like that without someone noticing or caring enough to fix the error... it should've been fixed and discounted! I'm not sure what's going on in that bakery, there's obviously something going on in there, but do not trust them with your orders! I'm sure they will botch them! Luckily we have a good sense of humor so we will just be able to laugh about it with the birthday boy but I am still irritated and trying to prevent anyone from buying one of their messed up cakes in the future. Consider this your warning! And don't even think about asking for rainbow because that is just out of the question!
